It is a rustic cabin, the bathroom is an outdoor one so has its own entrance through the back of the cabin.

You must bring your own supply as the nearest shop is about 20 minutes drive away but it's worth it and you can braai in the fire pit outside.

Sleeping in a teepee next to the howling wolves was an incredible experience. The teepee was surprisingly spacious and added to the overall ambiance. The shower was amazing and the whole camp has a rustic and calm feel to it.
The work of the small team taking care of these incredible animals is fantastic! Even if you choose not to stay overnight, be sure to book a tour and learn more about wolves! You’ll be supporting them in the process.

The rooms are spacious and it has stunning views of the sea. Appliances are a bit outdated but it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend 29@kamma. We were very comfortable. It does not have any tv channels, not even regular SABC channels. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and I would happily return in future. It has a shop about 10 minutes away, a butchery and garage. It was all close by. The Tsitsikamma National park is an half an hour drive away and the Elephant Sanctuary was an hours drive away in Plettenberg Bay. It was well worth the visit. I traveled all over Europe and Asia but this trip was by far the most remarkable.

Eersterivierstrand is a piece of heaven on earth.
Eersterivierstrand is a piece of heaven on earth. Beautifully located by the sea. Sitting on the deck listening to the waves and appreciating God's beauty is the most rewarding gift. It is so serene.
Getting there is a bit of a problem as the road leading there needs upgrading.
