Customer service was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, given a cool water, exchanged WhatsApp and downloaded a map and associated local info. Every time I returned to the hotel I was greeted with “welcome home”. Upon departure I was asked “for any improvement suggestions”. Small touches like a floor squeegee in the bathroom helped keep the floor slip free and was a first time experience in my almost two months of travel in Vietnam.

The property has a small lift, which is good if you have heavy bags. Room was bright and spacious. Good WiFi. Shower was hot with good water pressure and the sink was outside the toilet/shower room. Comfy big bed. Laura spoke good English and was extremely helpful about what to see and do in and around Hue. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Had motorbikes for hire.
