This place is PERFECT. We received an excellent service from Kelly and her team. The breakfast had a great variety and delicious. We also had a great experience booking shuttle service through the hotel. Scooter rental is easy and the scooter itself is comfortable. Overall, the experience is fantastic. Highly recommended to stay in Hue.

Customer service was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, given a cool water, exchanged WhatsApp and downloaded a map and associated local info. Every time I returned to the hotel I was greeted with “welcome home”. Upon departure I was asked “for any improvement suggestions”. Small touches like a floor squeegee in the bathroom helped keep the floor slip free and was a first time experience in my almost two months of travel in Vietnam.
