We were hesitant at first to book a 4 star hotel. It was twice cheaper that the 5 star ones. But we only stayed for one day so we decided to git it a go and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The check in process was so nice. They sat us at the lobby greeted with fresh fruits while they processed our documents and the even upgraded 2 of our rooms for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming staff the front desk was very helpful and even arranged for us to take a shower after our checkout time because we were due to go on the Hajj loop and come back to the hotel after a couple of days. Breakfast provided with very friendly and welcoming staff.
