Location. It is just opposite Ben Thanh market, stepped out to the halal food street and walkable to all attractions within District 1. The staff were amazing. From the moment I booked, there is constant updates messages. Then airport transfers were smooth, housekeeping dept made sure our rooms are always tidy and clean and toiletries are replenished everyday. The reception staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. I must say all the staffs were nice. We felt very comfortable staying in the hotel.

First of all the location is the best and a short walk to great places to eat. But the most important thing was the bed It was super comfy, tv was easy to hook up net flicks and you tube and the breakfast was ok . The staff here were very helpful and friendly which is pretty much standard in Vietnam. I have just booked another week here and it's my pick of the hotels in HCM so far just for value and comfort.
