Very good location in district 7, a lot of good and different restaurants and spa massage. The room that we had was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as we ate the local soups (try the crab and also the fish soup). My best reward goes to Mr. David, he was amazing, very helpful, efficient and handy.

Our first stay was 13 years ago when the Grand was newly built. After all these years, not much has changed in terms of interiors, quality and services. Swimming pools are superb, restaurants and bars are great, plenty of activities and entertainments to keep you busy during your stay. They offer free shuttle bus service from and to Saigon, which is super convenient.

The area was nice with trees, lake, flower. Beach is nice. The room is OK for a family of 4. I like when they make a living room so the family can gather together. Staff was nice. The restaurant is good! I think they have good chef!

A spectacular resort, that was far beyond our expectations. The facilities were amazing, the staff was incredibly helpful, the food was amazing, the views were spectacular and the price was unbelievably inexpensive. Can't wait to return.

I had the impression they are not in use of foreigners so local people were looking at us like proper aliens even tho we were just walking in town as a family with a kid.
They also refused for massages because foreigners. They said “No foreigners”… oh well

The customer service was very poor.
The customer service was very poor. On my first day the front desk clerk charged my credit card for my stay, on the second day another front desk clerk charged my credit card for almost the same amount for my stay, saying the the first charge was an error and that it would be credited back to my credit card in 5 days, after 26 days, many calls and emails, the credit has still not been made into my account. According to my bank, no authorization has been received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure if what was done to me was intentional, especially as nothing is being done, by the hotel, to ensure that I receive the refund within the 30 days limitation.

Ho Tram , could be good if the surrounding is developed to its potential. Lots of rubbish on the beach though. Nothing to do in the immediate area. You will need transport to make the most of your visit. The area is a bit like a ghost town at the moment with lots of unfinished building projects

I didn't have to take flight to go Ho Tram so that I didn't...
I didn't have to take flight to go Ho Tram so that I didn't have to waste hours in airport... It took 2 hours from HCMC and the way is safe as well.
I was impressed the Kindness and Professionalism from all employees who know what they have to do and always take care of people around.
All equipment is well prepared daily basis.
Pool, Beach, Golf, Casino,,, you can enjoy...

Excellent resorts and spa hotels with all the comfort expected for the price. Few restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are inside the resorts.
Spa and massage, 2 swimming pools plus private ones if you book a villa. The staff is really amazing, sweet, available, and helpful especially Mr. Marcus (Hieu Duc)
I hardly recommend this place if you looking for a peaceful and quiet area for your holidays.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is great, wonderful service, everything is made easy here. The breakfast has the most extensive number of options I've ever seen. And somehow nothing ever felt busy. Gym was decent. The hotel room was pristine.
Loved the hotel and its territory. My daughter had a blast at the playground as well as in the pools. Breakfast was very good - lots of options every day. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and had helped us a lot during the stay.
Good condition hotel, everything new, totally recommend this hotel.
I have stayed Intercontinental, Holiday inn before. IXORA is totally better to stay with a family.
