Breakfast was good. It helps if you have a car with the location of the hotel. It's beautiful, but transportation is necessary if you want to see other parts of the island.

Nothing! When I arrived the door was smashed in and I was alone. Tried to call number on instructions sheet but got no answer. Had taxi driver try to call also and his local phone got a not working mobile number.
I finally called the taxi back to pick me up because did not feel safe as people kept driving up and retrieving something from front appt and then leaving?
Finally got a call on WhatsApp from owner who asked me to return to property as he said that door was bashed in from previous renters that lost there key?
I rented a hotel in Marina as it was safe!
I was never even offered a refund for any part of price! He even kept the cleaning fee and I never even entered room. No numbers on rooms just gps location that took me to the bashed in door with a lock box!

Stayed in a cliffside suite -- the Rose Villa. Spacious room, great bathroom with wonderful towels, fantastic view of the bay and soothing sounds of waves at night. The beach was seriously eroded by hurricanes Irma and Maria so there is no beach access at the hotel but it is a short drive to two of Tortola's best beaches -- Smuggler's Cove and Cane Garden Bay. Also loved the Sebastian Rum made at the Hotel.
Very nice seafront location. Staff was friendly. Bar and restaurant were very good. Hotel is not in Road Town it’s in Apple Bay on the north shore.Close to nice beaches ( Smugglers cove) and other restos.
Great location, friendly staff. Specifically, hotel manager, housekeeper, our waitress Aryanna (not sure of name spelling) and Mr. Roy Boin were extremely friendly
