Sergie and his wife were exceptional hosts making us feel so welcome, special and helped. They are also delightful company and full of life, ideas and conversation. Sergie comes from a family of academics, was himself a teacher and has a wonderful way of putting things. Terrific value for money. The hotel is incredibly ornate and old world, the breakfast lovely. The location is a bit far from the action but taxis are very cheap and readily avilable.

A very comfortable hotel very close to all the attractions, staff were very friendly and helpful even doing our washing for no charge. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the rooms were very large. We would stay here again

A gem of a place! Our apartment was clean and spacious, and the owners were so nice and kind. The breakfast was delicious and there’s even a small pool if you need to coool of in the summer. The location is quiet but very close to the Ark of Bukhara.
