Nice city.
Nice city. Comparing to Samarkand Bukhara is smaller and main sightseeing spot are concentrated in the old city center so it's easy to see everything in 1-2 days. I would recommend to hire local guide and just relax walking via old Bukhara streets.

It was a unique experience & was like to set foot into the history of Central Asia. Several centuries of South Asia’s history starts from Bukhara, Samarkand & Tashkent. So, obviously this trip into the past was very exciting! Every building, monument in the city reminded us of their past glory & the great Mughals! From Chengis Khan, to Amir Taimur, Iban Batuta et all had set foot on this holy land. The city should get more prominence amongst the historians & tourists alike! Being nearest to India with 1.4 billion population & it’s really cheap value for money accommodation & delicious food will attract hoards of visitors. But before that more flight options & more English speaking young Uzbeks are the real necessity! We would love to travel many more times in the future. Long live Uzbeks! Long live Uzbekistan!

The old city is fabulous despite a lot of straight face tourists and despite the Coca Pepsi everywhere. Uzbekistan make a very bad deal with the capitalists. Most of the cars are Chevrolet. North American are changing the habits of the Uzbeks as well o many countries around the world. Yankees go home. Yankees go to hell

This is the most historically-focused town in Uzbekistan I have seen so far. The historical center is small, everything is in the neighborhood and very picturesque. Friendly locals, a lot to see and enjoy. Highly recommended!

I was not expecting that Bukhara will be a fascinating place to visit. Lots of historical places, architecture to visit. Great place to bargain as well. Food are so cheap and getting to places are easy especially if you download their taxi application.
Locals are very friendly.
5 mins walk from Lyubi Haus so plenty of restaurants nearby. Approx. 15 mins walk to Poi Kalyon.
Best breakfast we had of all the places we stayed in Uzbekistan
No English spoken (or very basic) so all communication done by audio translate into their phones but this worked fine
Basic facilities but what I expected for the price and the room was larger than expected and comfortable
Hosts welcoming and friendly. It's a small guesthouse with only a few rooms and the family live on the premises.
We loved this family hotel. A very typical and cosy Uzbekistan place, warm room with a new private bathroom, full equipped (hairdryer, sleepers, kettle..) and comfortable bed. The best part was the breakfast, so delicious and vegetarian: warm Uzbekistan bread, fried eggs, crepes, jam, cheese, coffee, saute, cookies…simply excellent!!! The position is excellent too, you can reach everything early walking. Owners very nice and helpful. We surely recommend this place!!!
The staff is superb, just like a family making you feel at home and accommodating all your needs. Ra'iza, the owner, is an unparalleled source of information and kindness, a true scholar on Bukhara. The quiet, cozy courtyard and the upper majlis terrace are perfect for those who enjoy reading time outdoors, or chatting deep conversations... This hotel was the best in our trip to Uzbekistan, and surely an ideal one for both short and long stays.
this is the best hotel I’ve ever been. Everything was excellent: new authentic design, new and clean apartment, conditioner, hot water and hospitality reception. the breakfast was tasteful : traditional food, fruits, and real fresh coffee which is rather rare in Uzbekistan. So I plan to visit once again just to visit this fairy tail hotel.
Absolutely unique and beautiful hotel with oriental flavor! Two young men at the reception were so friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was the best for our trip to Uzbekistan! I wish I could stay longer in such a wonderful place!
If you go to visit Bukhara stay in this hotel, you won't regret it!
Thank you so very much!
It's a nice hotel in the center of Bukhara. The location was perfect, with all the landmarks, shops, and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable with nice facilities. The staffs were really great. Breakfast was delicious. The view from the terrace was great. Highly recommended!
Nice, modern hotel led by a local family. Super friendly, helpful and flexible host. You can easily communicate in English, which is not a standard in Uzbekistan. Everything in the hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. Very comfortable stay.
Everything is perfect in this hotel beginning from Saber the nice and helpful operator to its amazing location and cheap price. All the staff are really cool and I felt great relaxation in this hotel. The breakfast was also delicious and the room had a big screen.
We liked everything about the hotel from the wonderful service to the location to the facilities to the helpful staff. Raushan, Fatima, and all the staff were absolutely wonderful. They helped with transportation sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.
Lack of plug sockets in room was a bit of an issue (only one available to use).
Water pressure in shower was very poor.
Sound/noise travels due to design of building.
The bed was very hard (but I found that to be the case in Uzbekistan generally).
I really liked the interior of the rooms, beautiful and authentic. staff are very nice, polite, always helpful. Shaxnoza, a restaurant member was really helpful and shaming. Location of the hotel is perfect, not far from the must visit places.
Super nice family, great location, spotlessly clean and a delicious breakfast! You're so close to the old city without being in tourist Disneyland, normal priced shops and restaurants just around the corner. Best wifi in Uzbekistan.
Wonderful, wonderful lovely family own place. I had wonderful conversations with the owners and other guests over breakfast and felt wonderfully looked after the whole time. Highlight of my stay in Bukhara, if not in Uzbekistan!
The location is perfect, 2mins walking distance to main places. The room is very clean and spacious. One of the best breakfast i had in Uzbekistan. I would recommend this hotel when you come to Uzbekistan
It’s in a very good location. A short walk away from the main historical sights of Bukhara.
Breakfast is fantastic, the best of all the places we stayed during our trip to Uzbekistan.
Very good hotel placed in Old City. Breakfast was perfect. Staff always ready to help you. Hotel has all modern facilities for your needs. Also shops and restaurants well placed.
Very good value as breakfast was included, and not too far of a walk to the main sites. Lots of top shelf hotels nearby only this hotel is just off the main drag.
