We stayed for only one night. The room was simple, but just as expected. They couldn't offer breakfast at the time, but that was also expected. The bathroom was clean and satisfactory.

I only stayed in Chuy because the Lonely Planet guide book and other travel advise made crossing the border sound horrific. In fact, it only involved a cheap taxi ride to the Uruguayan frontier, followed by a bus journey where all the necessary procedures were carried out by the bus conductor. So that was a waste of time
