The hotel is really a good value, It is well appointed and there are some issues with small but note worthy areas like the carpet in the elevator and my rooms bathroom fan not working. On the whole I see great customer service a friendly helpful welcoming staff (cookie police not withstanding) and hotel expeience I will be revisiting again in the future. Oh and the pass keys ( Both) didn't need to be redone the entire time we were there... I know, but those things can be annoying. Job well done folk!

They charged a pet fee when all the other La Quinta hotels do not.Very mad about this and it was not like I could move to another hotel.Also there was basically one area for dogs to go to the bathroom which in the summer is hard to get to when it's hot on the sidewalk for dogs feet.Good breakfast though.

They need to put a comfortable chair in room. We stayed 5 nights. They would not credit our stay to rewards system. It was because we booked through a third person contact.
If you want a fun pool for children,this is the place,but not for older people. We will not stay here again,

Ice machine was not working, due to a part broken. So I had to buy my own bag of ice. Each motel needs at least 2 ice machines (if not more) depending on number of rooms/floors. This Hampton needs to purchase a second ice machine, for if a break would happen again.
A newer facility that seemed to be really clean. Good location near lots of restaurants. After several trips lately, I was discouraged with a lot of unsafe shower facilities in other hotel chains and historic inns, etc. But FINALLY, our La Quinta room had a shower with the safety handle in the right place, doors that actually closed firmly and were tracking correctly, a handle for easy opening on the inside, a non-slip floor, and more.
I work in a hotel, this place was GREAT! The breakfast was perfect, lots of variety. The pool was the perfect temperature, never had that before, wasn't insanely cold. The hot tub was HOT, I'm pregnant so I couldn't enjoy it to the extent I wanted but just going in with my legs was good. The room was so cozy, the thermostat worked well, the bathroom was clean, lots of towels. Lots of channels on the tv too!

Room was clean and comfortable, linens and bedding were soft and very comfortable. They were able to accommodate my disability with a room equipped for my mobility issues. Pet friendly. Nice hot and substantial breakfast. Huge comfortable hot tub.
Restaurant staff (especially Chris) outstanding. Michael on reception was so helpful and great! good to get out and stretch the legs, and some good options about for meals so you dot have to have every meal in the hotel.
There was no breakfast not even coffee. I didn't like anything about this hotel. I want a full refund. They charge you money to us the bath towels. We had to go to sam's club and buy towels and sheets. This was a dump.
