Great location and close drive to Winter Park Ski resort and Fraser tubing hills. The kids had a wonderful time and having the cafe on site was a huge bonus. We had our breakfasts and dinners there and the food was decent.

Location was excellent and parking was convenient and easy. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. I liked that there were plenty of sockets, USB ports and even wireless chargers in convenient places in the room. I can see that prices at this property vary wildly throughout the year. The view was pretty. The location was very convenient, near restaurants, shops and the Wedding venue. We attended a wedding there. A beautiful venue very nearby! We did not get around to checking out the nice amenities, since we were attending my son’s wedding and the events. There was convenient free Wi-Fi and the condo had a kitchen, with dishes and useful items to prepare food. We spent one of our last days touring the Rocky National Park, which was nearby. The park was beautiful and we saw, a large elk heard, buffalo and a fox. The area and views were amazing!

Getting around town is very easy.
Getting around town is very easy. I would recommend all wheel drive for the winter. We enjoyed Wake n Bacon, Randi's Pub & Fontenot's. Colorado Adventure Park has great tubing - go early in the day. Lines were crazy long when we left.

Lift bus system works well but highly suggest pay parking if you have kids and gear.

Great for skiers and plenty to do for the non-skiers. The town is small but has lots of restaurants, breweries, and shops. There are several tubing hills nearby and numerous hiking trails for all abilities.

A Beautiful and Amazing Area! There is so much awesome nature and wildlife to see in the area. We would have loved more time! We attended a wedding and events. More time exploring the area and doing activities in the area, would have been wonderful.
Loved the location--very close to restaurants and just a 5-minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Price was reasonable. Beds were comfy. Communication was timely and check-in/out was easy. Received door code by email as promised with clear instructions on how to use the keypad. It was really great to have a garage to put the car in. Travel size shampoo/conditioner provided but didn't use. It is modestly decorated but looks decent for an older unit.
I was looking forward to the location, set up, and stay. There was an avalanche and the passed closed. The hotel CALLED ME me to ask if we were coming - we were unsure - she offered to change our res or refund it. We were thrilled and asked for the refund. The gal was very nice. She said to request it through booking.com and the hotel would approve the request - so we gave up the room and di as she said. And then......they never refunded us!
The location is perfect. You can see the Winter Park Gondola and the trains entering the Moffat tunnel from the deck. The hot tub is just half a flight of stairs down from right outside the door. It's directly across the street from the resort and an easy walk. The condo is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay for a Grand County vacation that includes the Winter Park Resort.
We will be back! This is the perfect location for our family - close to great restaurants, the park, and ski resort. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Our kids loved the pool - it was even warm in the snow! We walked to a couple of great restaurants and coffee shops. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.
Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed this house! It has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space, two fireplaces to relax in front of, and comfortable beds/linens/pillows. We hope to stay again. The location is excellent, easy to get to everything in Winter Park.

This is a very nice condo which sits right in front of the bus that takes you to Winter Park resort. We loved the condo and loved the setting. The bedrooms are nice, with clean linens and a warm duvet. The fireplace is a nice touch.
Great place to stay a couple of days. The communal area is great it will be a nice meeting point in ski season. If I was there to ski would hope they would provide breakfast. Liked the 2 way entry to our room. Hot tub was a bonus.
