As a basic budget motel, it was OK. Staff were fine. Room missing a few things, but they cured those. I was frustrated because booking.com had indicated it breakfast, which it does not (at this time 10/21).

The people here are way more friendly, then I have experienced in some other parts North Dakota. I truly did not feel a lack of service anywhere I went and there is plenty of shopping and entertainment. Since I was here for work I didn't get to go a lot of places, but the shops I did go to had great gifts and souvenirs.

I have been here actually a few years and it's not a huge tourist town (no zoo, mall, museums etc) but if you DO need to stay here it's got a few places to visit. The food choices are mostly chain which isn't the greatest. Every place is what you make it, though!

Williston has great things to do.
Williston has great things to do. If you want a water park there is one at the Williston ARC. There is a jump park for the kids. There are events regularly downtown. If you like outdoor activities there are those too. Fishing, rockhounding, hiking trails at the confluence... lots of things you just have to look. The Shopper is a local free paper that will tell you all the upcoming local events. Have fun and safe travels!

I made reservations but had a emergency at work. I had little notice that I had to return home post haste. Made the reservations through Booking.com which I will never use again. I had the I refundable option. No understanding from the hotel. I will never stay at a Best Western. I felt they could have worked with me a bit.
We are so happy we ended choosing El Rancho Hotel. All the staff was super friendly, and there was coffee at all times, and some breakfast in the morning that included yogurt, muffins and boiled eggs. We borrowed a pass for ARC and spent the afternoon at the water park with our kids. At night we just ate at the brewery ( accessible from the hotel). The food is soo delicious there.
They're breakfast is well worth it especially if you buy the hot ready to make for $8. I've stayed at this location since May until October and it was Rocky in the beginning but due to mew management. My experience here is great. Rooms are always clean and if you ask for something to be done they get right on it. I only stay here when I come into Williston for work.
This is our go to hotel when we’re traveling through Williston! The hotel was really nice and clean. Nice big parking lot.
The rooms were really big, clean & very quiet. And the price was great. It’s a little bit of a drive into williston but it’s not a big deal.

It would be hard to beat the value for the money. This was probably the least I have paid for a hotel in the past 10 years - and it most certainly was NOT the worst place I've stayed in 10 years! Great value, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff.
The Quality Inn in Williston was exceptionally affordable and a great value compared to other choices in Williston. I was pleasantly surprised, and my one-night stay enabled me to recharge during my long cross-country driving trip.
I was cautioned Williston has some shady areas but this hotel is well lit and in a good part of town. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I liked that the breakfast had something different everyday and it was all good. I really liked the strawberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast.
We stay with your hotel slot. Love the rooms when you travel like we do it’s nice to sleep in a comfortable bed. Thank you for that. Slot of hotels don’t cart if you wake up with a back ache.
