We noticed the upgrades that they are making inside and out. Putting some updated things in the room as well as Landscaping outside. Looking pretty nice.
This North Carolina hotel features an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Located a 12-minute drive from Moratoc River Park, it offers spacious rooms with a 32-inch flat-screen cable TV.
Williamston is easy to get around in and small. The mighty Roanoke River runs through the town. The old City Hall Building on Main Street downtown is worth viewing. E.J Hayes Community Center is a historically old school building with Interesting history that we liked a lot. Typical small town with a downtown that needs revival. Did not eat out while there.

It was quiet and relatively clean. It was a short distance from shopping and also restaurants. It was a little dated and could use some upgrades. Overall for the price I would recommend a short stay there. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area

This is an older motel but the rooms have been redone and are very nice . I had concerns when we first pulled up but they were uncalled for , everything was perfect . The room was spotless and everything worked . We only stayed overnight since we were traveling thru but the price was very fair and the room was large .
I stay here every time I visit this area and they never disappoint. The rooms are clean the front staff is friendly. Our tub wasn't draining but I called the desk and they fixed it while we were out for the day. The only issue I had was when I called to be transferred to another room, they weren't able to do that. Besides that incident great stay. Oh and they also called us when we left our hat in the room and they said they would hold it or mail it back to us.
This little Inn for the price, location, and comfort was by far a 10/10 recommend. I worked for a hotel chain, and this was my favorite by far! When we travel, we want comfort and peace and to enjoy our travels not just stay at the hotel (so no pool, gym hottub) and this place was beyond perfect for that and only an hour from our outerbanks destination!
Clerk was nice.
The location was why we chose this hotel. It was at the end of a long day sandblasting. We felt glad to have a Holiday Inn option because of the exceptional previous experiences.
