Good location. Great staff. Close to gas ⛽️ and some food. Was close enough to the graduation we were attending. Sent an email letting me know i left an item and they could get it to me. Luckily, I was still in the area and turned around to go get it.

We only stayed one night but we all could have stayed longer for sure. The room was so spacious and clean. I thought the place was brand new but it's been there for 10 years. Will MOST DEFINITELY stay here every time we come to Cincinnati.

I did not enjoy looking at a motorcycles displaying "White privilege " stamped on back. Made it very uncomfortable. I was not happy we could not get bed changed since the maid was on the floor when we left. There are not a lot of places close by to eat or I felt safe to go to.

I liked the location, of hotel. Easy access to highway. Movie theater, dairy queen and family friendly restaurant all in walking distance. Gas station prices seem to be cheaper too. Quiet room and comfortable bed.About 30 minutes away from Creation Museum was a plus.

We never got to stay at the hotel and we were charged for the room since it was booked at a non refundable rate! They refused to let my 19 year old son check in after traveling I called booking.com and the hotel and they both could not fix the situation.
The location was easy to get to and from our destination. The bed was decently comfortable except there was dried snot all over the fitted sheet and I was forced to sleep in one spot for the weekend because I wasn't comfortable asking the staff for anything. The only reason for a 2 was location and at least they didn't have roaches or bed bugs.... as far as I could tell.
The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that we almost slept through breakfast. The breakfast was very good in the morning. The shower was very nice with good pressure. The TV in the room was a good size. The staff was very friendly and nice. We would stay here again if in the area and needed a hotel room.
Convenient to everywhere I needed to go & location was easy to find, right off the highway. It was a clean hotel, from the rooms to the lobby. Includes a fridge & microwave! I love to stay at hotels that offer a free breakfast buffet like this one.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. We felt that they went above and beyond what we have typically experienced. The hotel is currently under renovation, however it did not limit our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good.
