They charged me a pet fee and I have no pets, they put me in a smoking room and I have never requested a smoking room it smelt like a ash tray I lost my jewelry I ask the boy at desk if he could look in the lost items box 3 times nicely he told me to come back the next day instead of looking. He blames booking that my card was declined and it was them not booking. I have never been treated so bad by Jay Patel and the boy in the office

That it was very quiet and peaceful and that they still have rooms that you are able to get with smoking
The hotel on the outside looks terrible. Landscaping needs some work. Pool is awesome. Room is plenty big. Tv was terrible to try to use. I could;t figure it out and there's no way to turn the volume down. Towels we're rough. Price is right though.

The hallways had a nasty smell, the clean towels the brought were not clean still had hair on them. They had a lot of rules. No bbqing even though it was a small propane grill, no drinking allowed. They didn’t have irons nor hair dryers and usually are always provided. The AC didn’t get cold. It was just one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
The front desk staff were all very kind and had amazing customer service, made check in a breeze! The room was also very big! The parking lot was the best lit parking lot I've ever seen at a hotel and the waffle house and 2 very close gas stations made it in a great location for us!
Most impressive for us was the size of the room and the convenience to the lighted parking lot. Also appeared to be a safe area was well. Convenience store beside the hotel was a bonus. Quietness of the room. Best internet connection I have seen in a hotel before.
There's just something about staying here so relaxing comfortable we stay here more than we do anywhere the staff is always ready to help, housekeeping is my favorite ppl so sweet always ready to help anytime this is my place ❤️❤️❤️
