The breakfast was OK but there was confusion with my Booking.com reservation that included prepaid breakfast - for some reason the restaurant refused to give me a full Starbucks coffee and would only give me a small number of items from the menu even though I had prepaid $20 per day for breakfast. They were happy to make one item (breakfast roll) that costs $11 but would not prepare a different item (french toast) that costs the same. And I had to go to front desk twice to make sure my credits were visible to the restaurant staff. It would be nice if this process were smoother.

We stayed here while attending the Travellers tournament and found the location fantastic and the hotel brilliant for what we needed. It was clean, the staff were super friendly and the rooms spacious with excellent air conditioning. Thanks for having us!
Fine for one night - bed was comfy. Carpets are filthy, bathroom somewhat clean, and some long-term residents smoke weed, have pets and are irresponsible regarding cleanliness. Eating choices are pretty decent nearby - I ate at The Charles, but there are other good choices.

Staff was awesome - polite and obliging.
Staff was awesome - polite and obliging. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hallways need some new carpet and sprucing up! One or 2 night stay worked. Lots of restaurants and plenty of stores around, within 1-5 min. Breakfast should stay open longer and have more available for when they might have a busy weekend.

The front door person didn't even say Hi. Barely spoke.
The front door person didn't even say Hi. Barely spoke. A computer would have been better. A valve on the toilet was leaking and water was draining on the floor. Stain on comforter. No microwave and no mini refrigerator. Poor. The only good thing was the cleaning person who we saw in the morning. Very nice and polite. Please do 10x better.

Wasn’t the room I booked my stay on the staff was rude and said bookings.com books rooms that don’t exist! The info and pictures aren’t accurate! That I could take what they offer or go somewhere else I left a complaint at desk and no one called me or came to check on us also no maid service I was there three days before we saw her! I would never recommend this place and thinking about the same for 3rd party bookings.com

Hotel is outdated for the location it's in.
Hotel is outdated for the location it's in. Security is non-existent on property. Concerning. Hotel has two stairwells that you cannot access lobby from. Both exits or stairwells take you outside without option of accessing lobby. Vending and Ice Machine not working on 3rd floor. Elevator up button worked but not down. You had to go up to get down. Filthy elevator and less than clean smell. Seen fragrance boxes but not sure if they were working. Housekeeping staff overwhelmed. Which compromises cleaning which compromises health. For a Choice Hotels brand We had no power and hotels were limited if there was another choice I would have considered it. We were there 4 days. I had to pay for food everyday because of a lack of breakfast versus number of rooms that paid. Hotels always replenish breakfast bar depending on number of rooms paid. Numerous Veterans contract stipulation at hotel. Government contract versus individual paying customer. This property appreciates the long term while your day to day customer dollar is taken for granted.
Location was convenient for what we needed to do, but the area was sketchy and the hotel was awful. It smelled awful, the rooms were very dirty, there were insects and animals in the bathroom. We even worried about living our car parked outside. Not a good place
Room was clean and hotel was in a good location for my trip. This was one of the most affordable hotels for a booking done on short notice. It is bare bones, but I was able to rest fairly well and continue my travels the following day.
Standard accommodation. Clean and generally well maintained. A bit perfunctory. Lovely huge comfortable bed. Good breakfast although a bit of a scrum as very few tables for the size of the hotel.
Staff was very polite and professional, the breakfast was good with several choices. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
