The location was excellent - a 25 minute walk to the office. Lift out of order, can happen but points offered instead of a reduction in the room rate. Also saw housekeeping having to drag massive sacks of linens and towels up the stairs on their backs - felt very out of order. Bill also included USD5 per night for parking as standard - I was walking! This was removed when queried after checkout but how often does this slip through - very cheeky.

Breakfast was fine, mix of hot and cold foods and most days the hot food choices were slightly different. Quiet area and heaps of parking for our car. Easy to travel to different parts of Boston (pending the traffic). Check in staff very friendly. Room was very big, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and cleaning equipment.

You have a nice looking lobby and room was clean. The AC unit was loud. In Booking.com it says $6 for breakfast, I understand if it was a mistake, but when I brought it up and showed the manager she didn't have the decency to at least apologize for this (How was I suppose to know this) All she said was "well, that's booking.com problem that has nothing to do with us" I just feel it could have been handled differently and It would have changed my experience over all. At first she made me feel as If I was lying, then when I showed her the evidence she just blamed Booking.com. I understand you might be running low in workers but probably something to look at. I don't think I would use this location again, I felt mistreated. RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.
