This is an excellent location for those traveling on I-80. It is right off the exit and has other services close by, e.g., fuel and several dining options, some even across the parking lot from the hotel. For those traveling eastbound, the cost of fuel at the Shell & Pilot gas stations at this exit is much less expensive than what you'll pay in PA. Even those traveling west into OH will find that fuel at this exit will be less expensive than what you will find even a couple of exits further into the state.
I have stayed here multiple times on my various trips and have found the staff here very friendly and helpful. The sit-down restaurant, The Globe Restaurant, in the complex is your basic diner, but the food is decent and reasonably priced.
The Quality Inn Hermitage hotel is located off Interstate 80 and Interstate 60.

I went to see the total eclipse that was happening near there. The hotel gave us free glasses to view and were very helpful with other information. The staff was nice enough to get us some fruit and yogurt for breakfast after everything had been put away.

The first room we were given was not acceptable. The shower door was broken and the shower itself was dirty and mold was present. The clerk on duty was exceptional and immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We were very happy with the room we got it was all very clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby area was also very welcoming they also included a good breakfast. The hotel was in a good location close to I 80 and lots of restaurants.
The worst toilet paper and tissues. Hot breakfast was terrible. Biscuits like hockey pucks, eggs were tasteless and turkey sausage was aweful. Vending machines had poor choices and didn't have credit card payment option.

They refused us because of our autistic son wanting to swim but not stay the night. Horrible staff horrible experience. I will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn because of this visit.... NEVER AGAIN!

We have driven across the country spending 10 nights in chain hotels which provide breakfast each night. By far this Hampton was the best. The Manager’s Reception on Tuesday even was welcome and the breakfast the next morning was the best we encountered on our trip.
The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was large and ckean. Breakfast options were good. Hot food was hot and plentiful. Other hotels should take a lesson from you😊
The staff was exceptionally friendly and loved the ice/cookies/ popcorn offering in the evening. They went great when we played cards in the evening. Coffee was some of the best I've had in a hotel.
Your hotel and staff are great. We loved your back area of the hotel with the pond and waterfall. We have stayed there before but never walked the prosperity. Totally enjoyed everything.
