The staff is super friendly. They are very dog friendly people and can’t express enough that if you’re passing through with a dog this is a great spot. Easy access to let them out and the value of the stay is worth it.

They serve a decent breakfast. I liked the sausage patties. Cream cheese for toast and bagels was a plus. They also had banana nut muffins that my wife liked. Orange and apple juice was available and of course coffee and tea. We enjoyed what we had.

West Columbia seems to be going through some changes due to the virus it seems as though some stores and things are closed. We were far enough from downtown Columbia that the prices were very good yet close enough that everything was within a 10 minute drive. Really is a good alternative to the higher prices downtown
Did they have breakfast?! The hotel is older...but I loved the fact they have no carpet. The doors have a huge space underneath and you can hear everything. This place is both a hotel and motel rolled into one. The top floors, you walk down an inside hallway. Floor number 1, you can walk from your vehicle straight into your sleeping quarters. So, you get the best of both worlds so to speak!
The office staff was nice. They gave us one room that the door didn’t open and they had to give us another room and they did with no problem. The best thing about the hotel was price and location. But it diffidently needs some improvements.
Ultra clean, well lit and security cameras every where, easy on/off from i26. Perfect stopover on frequent trips through this area. my choice whenever on this particular route.
The initial room that I chose to stay in wasn't available when I checked in but the nice elderly lady made it her duty to help out. She replaced my room the next day with ease.
