My bed I had to only sleep on one side. The right side is damaged. I’m scared it was gonna fall off. I didn’t get service. They said you had to go and look for someone. My stay was from Saturday till this Saturday. I will never book this hotel it’s not worth $2000 again Respectfully

The front desk representatives and Sharde at the bar were amazing! I celebrated my daughters birthday with a hotel sleepover for her and friends and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

Great location, feels like you are in a quiet town when not traveling the highways.
There are so many good places to eat, from familiar chains to local eats, I only wish I had more time to try more local spots out.
My hotel had a local registry of some of the closest restaurants, categorized into helpful options (Italian, Japanese, American, Sandwich Shops, Pizza, etc.)

Warner Robin's have very little things to do a Military town they operate on the Military not really having any real attractions. They should invest in attractions like Amusement parks , Something to Do like Fishing or anything besides eat and shop

Little league World Series worth at least a one game visit.
Little league World Series worth at least a one game visit. The USAF air museum is awesome, everyone should go and spend 2 half days. Free and very interesting. Lots of chain restaurants like Olive Garden, etc. Great stop over toward Atlantic Beaches, or south to Florida.

Rude desk clerk, noise by another guest and hotel wouldn't...
Rude desk clerk, noise by another guest and hotel wouldn't do anything about it, it started at 10:30 pm and continued until 130am then started again at 3:30am until 6am.
Clerk allowed heavy equipment truck to park in front of and block handicap spots and we were told to just park in front parking area on the complete opposite side of the hotel from where our room was. That was the point in getting outside bottom floor room......to be able to get to the room easier without a far walk for a handicap guest 😡
The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally.
The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly.
Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking.
The room had everything we needed.
It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins
Washer and dryer were clean.
The clerk was disrespectful and unprofessional. The room was a mess, and was told I couldn’t change my room even though there were plenty. The room: no bed spread, gum underneath the bed, the floor wasn’t swept, the towels were dirty, the showers had dirt and the soap from previous person, the tv had no cable and 4 channels. The clerk told me that if I checked out late it was $20 ( check out is at 11am, but if I stayed then I’ll be charged and the late checkout is at 11:10 am.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
The staff here is what all others should strive to be! Customer Service Rockstars! Extremely helpful and friendly staff all the way around-check in, bistro, cleaning staff all went above and beyond to make our stay great. If I am ever in Warner Robins again, I will stay here for sure. Rooms were nice, pool was great, and my kids loved playing chess outside. I can't say enough about the staff, though. They were truly top notch and always had a smile.
The Hotel was clean and the furnishing comfortably. However, we booked this hotel because my son was competing in a state wrestling championship, and he requested a spa or hot tub for after his competition. The one at the hotel was not in working order and there was no way for us t know that until we booked, checked in and went to get in the spa only to find it broken.
I liked the location. It was close to everything imaginable. Anything you need from food to shopping is right on the same road as the hotel. I like the space of the room. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette worked fine for our two day stay. Breakfast was good with multiple options with hot and cold choices. The front desk people were nice.
