I was able to get an early check in time which worked out great for me! When I arrived Justin and Tonie (may be spelled wrong) were extremely nice and had great smiles, made me feel very welcomed!!

We booked through your service and arrived a little after 5 pm and then the hotel charged us again for a different room with a checkin a little after 10 pm. We have tried to get this resolved through the hotel, but are getting not results. The manager said that you were responsible for this and we would like to get this resolved.
I booked a non smoking room. The room had no smoking signs as well, however there were burn holes in the blankets and sheets. It also smelled like smoke too.

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Trussville was very nice and clean. Late night check-in with Marcus was great. He was very welcoming to my daughter and I for our overnight stay and our flight in the morning.
