My stay was beyond excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were willing to do anything to make us comfortable. The room was well cleaned, beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea, a small coffee maker, cups and condiments in the room, refrigerator and microwave. I'm very pleased with my stay there and will return on my next visit home. Beautiful pool also there. I recommend this hotel to all.

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

Breakfast not that great bathroom was in disarray nothing worked had to get a new hair dryer lights in bathroom didn't work faucets needed to be repaired and wouldn't shut off toilet seat almost came off very poor maintenance TV had a black line down the center of it no sheet or towel changes in 4 days had to get them ourselves would not recommend this place unless they did some maintenance to clean it up the price was there but we were only there for sleeping

THE MOST uncomfortable experience I ever had in my life..not only we was being discriminated against because of the color of our skin we were also watched..To my understanding staff isn't allowed in your room when u leave unless you need housekeeping..🤔 The Manger waited for me and my husband go out for a bite to eat to come and check our room..when we got back to the room we was scolded about clothes being in the floor😪 ..I'm traumatized by this experience..😔

It was a bad service when we got to check in, the secretary said that it stunk a little that it was removed with spray but after signing and we entered the hotel it stunk like a cigarette factory we asked him for some blankets to sleep in another room they wanted to charge us $ 50 one thing is that It is a smoking room but the other is that it has a bad smell, honestly, it is the worst hotel plus I was with my three minor children, it was a bad experience in that hotel and Booking.com no use

Behavior of the manager or caretaker of motel 'Budget Inn' was too bad. All of a sudden they started maintenance of the hotel without any notice. They started making noise, making dust just in-front of my door. One of my baby started getting sick. When we noticed them, they started forcing me to leave this hotel at that moment. But that was not possible for me. So this was a horrible experience for me and my family. I will not refer any one in future. He ruined by Tonawanda trip.

Very isolated place, food was expensive and with no taste, esp the Franco pizza and their so called barbacued 5 chicken, which was very blant no seasoned, terrible, will not recommend. Will recommend Tops supermarket.
The location was nice. Having a 7-11 across the street was great. It was in the middle of both attractions that I was traveling for. The high mark stadium and Niagara Falls. Checking in was just a little hard due to busy loud road being right outside, and there is tank with the filter going adding to the noise. But the cutest turtle lives in it so it didn’t bother me! The room was decent, clean, beds made, and towels ready.
Location is good. No break fast & no snacks available at hotel. Booking. Com site showed the booking price excluding tax, so I paid extra around 35$ tax at hotel. That's what the hotel manager charged from me extra tax amount after reached the hotel. Rooms were clean and good with that prices.
nothing it was disgusting gross dirty broken toilet seats bed skirts filthy I can’t believe anyone would stay there I had to leave and get another hotel in the area at 1030 at night. the health department needs to go there and see it gross.
I paid the price of star hotel but that is so nasty not clean . Smell so bad and bunches of used cigarettes pieces and night shift staff is not kind to the customers if Ithere is negative option for rating I could give to that hotel.
The breakfast was good, there's variety for a small Inn (eggs, meats, pastries, beverages). The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable. It is an Inn-type of hotel, so nothing fancy, but decent and clean. That's about it.
I can't remember the last time I slept all the way through for 7 hours, let alone the 9 straight hours of sleep I got in this hotel. Air conditioning and bed were very comfortable. The room darkening shade was quite good.
Absolutely nothing the guy is rude and makes you switch your room every time just to be nosy and make you uncomfortable. Been coming back to that hotel because it was our last option but promise it will be the last!!!!
