This Was the worst place we could've stayed!!! The Room was Clean But has a very bad roach problem!!!!I'd Never Recommend This Hotel To Anyone Ever!!!! The Pictures on Booking. Com were very deceiving. This feels more like a Motel!!! We Should be Compensated Some How! I'll Never use Booking.Com Again!!!! There's great places to eat& grocery shop.

The room was dirty, towels were dirty & stained.
The room was dirty, towels were dirty & stained. Phone in room didn't work. Bathtub was inoperable. They didn't have breakfast. The staff was extremely rude, they wouldn't give us a late checkout. The phone in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone at least 6 times before they would even answer. Horrible hotel, horrible staff, horrible service. Not worth what you pay. Don't waste you money here!
I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

My whole stay was awful.
My whole stay was awful. Why was every single room a very very dirty room for one and didnt have any trash cans or clean sheets. I also book another night and the maids still came and cleaned my room and tried to steal all my stuff. I am disappointed and dissatified with my week at red roof and would seriously like a refund for every single night i spent here.

Although I had to pay extra for the room I thought I booked with mini-fridge and microwave, the room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs during my entire stay of one week.

Nail studio offers great pedicures!
Nail studio offers great pedicures!
The coffee shop next door to Nail Studio--Coffee and cookies was great! Delicious coffee!
The restaurants were very clean and fully staffed with friendly people!
And, the Georgia School Of Massage offered much comfort for my CEU workshop with Dr. Ben!
I’ll be back to visit again soon!
Oh, it was super close and easy to get to the Mall of Georgia for my husband to shop while I had class.

There was nothing to like about this rundown property.
There was nothing to like about this rundown property. Unless you’re a tobacco or marijuana smoker, I advise you to avoid the property at all costs, especially if you have children. A non-smoker, my eyes and throat were hurting with minutes of entering the first “non-smoking” room. A room change made little difference. Nasty environment. I survived the second room for less than an hour before packing and leaving.
I didn’t like the fact that booking.com charged me 76.dollars and I never got a email of a confirmation # and when I get to the hotel they couldn’t even find me by name in the system so I can get my money back as it was pending then I called my bank stopped payment and booking.com with red roof in charge my card again and I never confirmed it at the hotel so why did they take my money.
the hotel was clean and in good location. Staff were cordial & personable. They do not service room (not sure how many days you have to stay for cleaning room, we stayed 3 nites). I asked for clean towels, but i dont think cleaning staff understood my request for new towels, needed to go to front desk to get more towels, which is ok. Breakfast was ok.
Front desk was super kind and made me feel welcome. But hotel staying is another story.
Carpet was so sticky 😫 small refrigerator was making such a awful sounds. . Ppl were hanging outside so super loud . I was worry about my car all night . I was solo traveler due to house hunting being female. I was scared to go outside.
This property charged me for a room that I never stayed in. They have not tried to refund my charge nor have they even tried to respond to my emails in regards to the matter! I would NOT Recommend this hotel. This property is a poor excuse for customer service and ethics for their customers!
I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.
Liked the outside door access and location. Lots of food choices near by. Ate at a very nice Korean BBQ place just up the hill. Room size was very nice. Pet friendly hotel setup, Lots of parking.
Nothing. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and hateful. Had a bad attitude. Room was not clean. Smelled weed all thru out the hotel
It's not a place for a family to stay. Location is bad
This is the hotel I like to stay at when traveling for work, The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it's located close to lots of restaurants and the expessway.
