The breakfast was more than I expected. There was the traditional waffles, cereal, bagels, toast and fruit. But also there was microwaveable sausage sandwiches which hit the spot. Oj was good. And yogurts. Bed was comfortable, (king). Pillows were very soft and comfortable. Carpeting was old, buy ok with it. For the price, all was good.

Front desk staff was efficient, the hotel was very clean and the buffet breakfast was included making it a great value stay. The hotel was very close off the highway exit which makes travel time good. Nothing negative to say about this place for sure.

Lots of road construction, on a budget this trip, passing through, I think the towels were not washed properly as I had this distinct smell on my hands afterwards, next time I would rather pay more for a better hotel.

The room was nice.
The room was nice. The bathroom was a little small with only a shower, but it suited our needs. The complimentary breakfast was not so great. Unless I got there late, there was no meat or eggs, but there was plenty of cereal, bagels, and things along that line. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would come back again.

I just wanted to comment about there being no elevator to the upper floors. We had a small suitcase and a few other things and it was very hard for us to carry it up. We are older so I just wanted to make people aware of that. The hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful room.

Because we stayed for two nights, we were handed $100 in vouchers to be used at the downtown shops and restaurants. This was amazing! We loved the benches and tables/chairs along Broad St., the trails through Broad Leaf Slopes Park nearby and the Waterfront Trail in nearby Norman Lake State Park.
This is our go to stop over on way (and back) to Florida. The room is above average, beds very comfortable, great hot shower, breakfast is the best of any hotel we visit, sausage, eggs, waffles, even grits!, coffee is superb, better than Tim Hortons or McD's, yogurts and fresh fruit. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, a great clean friendly, safe hotel, can't wait to go back. Stay here, you won't regret it, really, it's an excellent hotel,
It was fair. Relatively nice hotel. People were nice to customers. Breakfast was not that great except for the ability to make waffles. To be fair, due to an issue with the booking of the room (see below), they did offer us a roll away at no extra charge, which would have been the right thing to do anyway! The room was a little bit cheaper than what we booked, but would have rather gotten what we booked and not the room we got,
The staff were wonderful and incredibly accommodating. We actually left our reservation at the Best Western in Statesville (DO NOT GO THERE!) because it was terrible and checked in at the Hilton Garden. The hotel was incredibly clean, with wonderful amenities. The food at the bar was excellent and reasonably priced! Very impressed. Would stay again and will share our experience with others.
After paying for my hotel room the following day it took $100 out of my account without me being notified or without my permission for deposit and a poem leaving that my money will be four to five days from now which leaves me stuck halfway across the state without having the fuel money to get back home without no find me or asking my permission to charge my card for the deposit
The staff was friendly and attentive. I would like to give extra compliment to Tim! My power cord fir my MacBook was damaged by the outlet in the room. After coming to the room to check it, he said that he felt bad that it caused my power cord to not work, that he may a way for it to be replaced. Thank you, Tim and Courtyard Statesville
Staff was polite and courteous. It was a quiet environment. The common areas were clean and neat. Breakfast was early 6 AM start. That was great. We could get an early start. The breakfast room was clean and neat. Food was adequate. What you would expect from a free hotel breakfast.
