Breakfast staff and housekeeping were always helpful and full of genuine smiles! The front desk was polite yet I feel we were not treated fairly. One young man went out of his way to always be polite and respectful while helping us. The clerk who checked us in was super friendly and it was her first day! Breakfast was always yummy! Empathy goes a long way… the lobby music was amazing and that helped me stay in check.

False advertising. It is not a suite. It is a small room with sink and cabinets/ frig/ microwave on one end. Kitchen cabinets were empty. Not stocked as advertised. I booked a queen bed and got a double bed with a poor mattress. NO ICE MACHINE. No toiletries in room. Price was very high for the area $242 and was not worth it. Grab and Go breakfast, expected more for the price.

We have always been satisfied and felt safe in Springdale.
We have always been satisfied and felt safe in Springdale. We go to a lot of Razorbacks games in every sport and have always chosen to stay in Springdale because it is out of the crowds but still only 15 minutes away. We usually eat at Denny's or Waffle House and head to Braum's for ice cream.

Dirty carpets, sheets, furniture and pull up mattress you can fill the springs in your back.

This Hotel was surrounded by great dining and shopping. We were there for family. Grandkids loved the pool. Everyone was very friendly. The drive from Fort Smith to Springdale was gorgeous. We ate at Market Grill next to the hotel. It was excellent. We also ordered take out from Cotton Patch, barbecue, Vietnamese, and pizza. All very good.
It was an amazing room. Full kitchen with dishwasher.... Pots and pans.... dishes...ect. the staff were friendly and treated me so well. I loved the layout of my room. I was there on business and all my clients were very impressed with the room and hotel in general. I would highly recommend.
We stayed at your hotel July 11-15. The morning desk clerk, I do not remember her name, was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Answered all our questions in a timely and efficient manner. An asset to your hotel.
Rooms were comfortable and clean, Shelby at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Many fast food restaurants close by. Some good dine in restaurants close too. The hotel would have rated better if it weren't for the construction.
I was extremely thankful that they had a room available that weekend, although the price was extremely higher than the room I had booked at Marriott Town Place after that hotel couldn't find my confirmed reservation!
Very nice hotel with awesome staff!! Older buildings but extremely clean and taken care of. Beautiful huge pool with deck and bar/family restaurant that is in the same complex. Very peaceful and quiet!
