I reserved a pet friendly room for $100 with tax. When I checked in, I had to pay another $40 for my pet! That was very deceiving. The pool had dirt and mold in it. Tub drain was full of hair😖
The hallway carpet was soaking wet, and had a bad odor. Then I found out that the “ breakfast “ included was a grab and go style. I love country inns and suites, in Port Orange Fl, but this is just a dumpy, overpriced, trashy motel. Very disappointed!!

we found the roads confusing, we would have to backtrack on side roads and cross bridges to get back to where we needed to be off the main highway, but other than some brief confusion, we had a great time.

Our room was a suite with a kitchen.
Our room was a suite with a kitchen. There were no dishes or pots or pans. It had a coffee pot but no cups to drink out of. No furniture on the balcony. Bathroom tub/shower was filthy. We could scrape the black scum off with our fingernails. The cokes in the machine outside our room expired in August of 2018 and were so flat you couldn't drink them.
The personnel Is super professional and careful. On this regard i want to mention the guy at the reception, Chase, Who Is Always very nice and ready to help.
the rooms are well furnished, clean, the bed Is comfortable, bathroom Is very good with a big shower, the hotel in general Is very clean and smells good in all the areas and everything Is tidy and nice. Breakfast Is good, could be Better on the hot meals but it's Just fine and you have fruit and hot drinks available all day.
Very Dirty. Unlit sign, dark parking lot. Room door was tore up. Looked like a hammer had beat the door a lot. The beds felt like sleeping on box springs. Woke up to find bloody mattress leaning against wall in hallway, and blood splattered all over the walls. My children did not need to witness anything of this nature. Do not stay at this hotel for any reason. Very unsafe
I like the location of the hotel, breakfast was offered along with complimentary cookies for guest, there was multiple sets of towels and washcloths in the room for guest. There is shopping and eateries near by which is very convenient. Staff was very nice and the building was very clean.
I booked online for my employee since they were traveling for work. The front desk man made a big deal of the employee needing the card I booked the room with. I have booked with several hotels while employees travel and pay online and have not had this issue before.
The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and easy to get around in. Loved the fact that it had cabinets and a small kitchen area. Our room had a small patio door to the outside, which was nice. The staff was really nice.
Overall a little bit in need of fixing up, water in front of elevator, rusty pipes visible, Roaches in hallways , the shower area looked like rush fix up job , nightstand still had marks of drinking cups
I was in town visibly my son at Ft Bragg. Hotel was so nice & close- smelled so clean, staff friendly. Beds- omg- SO COMFY. My son stayed with me & he was so happy to have such a great bed to enjoy!
Close proximity to family
They are putting new flooring in all the rooms
The best staff I’ve had in years, Angela, Edna, Kia, went above to be accommodating
