Absolutely clean and comfortable. I used the peleton in the gym while my kids swam, it was lovely. Loved the mall location and walk to dinner across the street. Will stay here again.

The staff. They are amazing. Constantly checking in our stay and if there's something they can take care of for us. I've tried other hotels in the Spokane area and the Hampton Suites wins every time.

great renovation to interior, clean and comfortable.
I love all the amenities in the Valley. It’s nice to feel on the outskirts of downtown. And able to visit family, Do my Household shopping, nails, breakfast. Whatever I need to accomplish. Is all Right there without the heavy traffic of Downtown. And most importantly, I can bring my Dogs and have plenty of Options for where to walk around with them and get in some site seeing.

Spokane Valley has a "homey" feel despite being quite a large city. There are so many beautiful areas and people in Spokane Valley and the greater Spokane area. I visit 3-4 times a year to see my son and each time I find another little treasure spot to explore and cherish. I drive 7-hours one way to Spokane Valley and I am always eager to arrive to start exploring new hidden beauty spots with my son. 😀
Look up Manito Park...all of it is amazing!!!

We've stayed at this property many times as we make trips to Montana frequently. It is convenient to the interstate and has a variety of restaurants nearby, easy to spot the sign from either direction. It was about as expected, rundown looking in the halls, hard to find signs, etc. The breakfast was almost entirely carbs. We actually have not eaten the breakfast offered before, as there is a restaurant next door. But, we were under time pressures, and had protein snacks in the car.
The person checking us in was very friendly and informative.

The staff were friendly, but the issue was just the outdated facility and not clean. It needs serious upgrading to make it cleaner and up to date. They tried to refund me some money paid, but booking.com made the process last longer than necessary due to a policy which I consider not efficient in this day and age.

Spokane Valley is almost the better version of Spokane as a whole in my opinion. It is very clean and large enough for the amount of people living there. It is also a beautiful little town with gorgeous scenery. There are rarely to no issues with parking your vehicle and worrying anything will get stolen. There are tons of parks that are just lovely. The mall there is huge, I mean everything you could possibly need and more exists here. I always travel here because it has everything relatively close and you could really never get bored.
We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and it is likely going to be the only one that we stay at in Spokane from now on. ☺️ It is always clean, the staff is super friendly, the beds are incredibly comfortable and it's amazing having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right out back. ☺️
Breakfast was delicious and very filming. The server was so friendly and made our morning better. The room was spacious and clean. More spacious than most hotels. I felt like I was on a real vacation. Probably a great spot for stay-cation.
Will definitely go back if ever in spokane for anything.
Right off freeway, near shopping and restaurant area, few miles from Liberty Lake itself. Breakfast was excellent-lots of selection, hot items, changed daily-better than most free breakfasts at other hotels. Large well maintained indoor pool-got our laps in each day.
Pool was good. Breakfast was good. Check out was at noon which I'm pretty sure was later than most hotels, so that was appreciated. No complaints other than the price was higher than it should be for what you get.
The staff were absolutely amazing! Never have come across better customer service at a hotel. Extremely friendly and unbothered by our large group’s many requests/needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The cleanliness was very good. There was a heat pump in every room - so it was cosy. It is in a quiet street. The snow was promptly attended to.
There was a cot, although it wasn't listed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a really nice outdoor courtyard area. There were lots of good breakfast options and cookies in the evening.
The staff is friendly and good for family. They have activities room to play and the pool is clean. They are pet friendly that's a bonus. We enjoy our stay for 2 nights. Thank you
Room was nice and comfortable and clean.loved the pool and hottub. Love the property proximity to all sorts of restaurants etc within walking distance.
