The property was very nice, clean and well cared for. The shower pressure was phenomenal!
Featuring a garden, Spearfish Cottages provides accommodations in Spearfish. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 1910, which is 16 miles from the Adams Museum.
I would stay here again anytime. The hotel is built as a log cabin and was just incredible! The views are stunning! I could stay for a week! Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Everything you need is readily available right at the facility. The restaurant is just across the street and has lots of choices for any pallet. The food was very good.

Man at the desk was argumentative and put us on the third floor which was a real problem? as my husband is 78 years old and walks with a cane and they had no working elevator. We went to another hotel, but was still charged for the Fairfield. Had to fight the charges. No one at the desk answered when credit company called.Would never go back there

My family and I loved our stay in Spearfish, the home we rented was a dream home (loved the barn doors), and our hosts were terrific people, who checked on us, or helped in any way if we had questions.
They were awesome people (Shelly and Jason)! Shelly decorated the christmas tree in our home, it was so pretty, and made it feel like our own home. Great decor Shelly. God Bless good people such as you (owners!
See you soon!

Lovely town to stay in.
Lovely town to stay in. Spearfish Canyon was awesome and only about 5 minutes from town. Spearfish is close to Deadwood if you want to visit there and see the Mt. Moriah Cemetery where Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickok are buried.
Would stay in Spearfish again!

A surprisingly beautiful place to spend our vacation - near Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Keystone, and Sturgis. The Front Porch in Keystone was a great place to eat. Just a short drive from Devil's Tower in Wyoming. Great for the family. Great for hiking. Bridal Veil Falls, Devil's Bathtub, Roughlock Falls, 76 Trail. Wonderful for the heart of summer.

So many things to do in the immediate area be sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it! You won’t regret it!! Ate at Red water Kitchen food was amazing unique options and everything we had was amazing including the service. Wonderful clean little town!!
Nothing. We got caught in the early blizzard that closed the whole state of Wyoming and dropped 20+inches of snow in Spearfish. The hotel still charged me for the room even though the General manager sent me an email saying they understood and would refund my credit card for the stay……..LIAR!!!!! Made the entire unfortunate situation worse. I do not recommend doing business with anyone who fails to be honest!!!!
Staff at the reception was very attentive. On checking out I mentioned something quite minor in my room that needed fixing and the front desk manager wrote it down immediately in her notebook - a good sign of sincere interest in customers and excellence in the hotel.
Breakfast was good. Hot and cold were provided. Staff is always friendly. Spearfish is a wonderfully clean and relaxing town, with plenty of things to do close by. I love going there. We even went to the movies. Good eating and shopping within walking distance.
Location was very good for us and our needs.
Breakfast was OK, pre-packaged (due to Covid restrictions still in place) rather than the buffet style. The breakfast got us through the morning. The room and entire hotel were very clean and neat.
This hotel has been a Spearfish mainstay for many years. Great location easy access on & off I90, great place to stay for days tris in the Northern Hills and ski resorts. Beds are very comfortable.
Really liked the location of this hotel. Perkins restaurant was right next door which was convenient for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable but could have used a little updating.
Staff was friendly and professional. The pool was clean, though small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast had a wide selection and was as good as one would expect for the price.
Located in a beautiful location along the creek. Hiking trails are right off the property. Dining is across the street at the restaurant. Pet friendly too!
