The property nice loved the location and the rooms
This was an updated area. The rooms had been updated and so was the lobby and the breakfast area. The carpet in our room already has a stain on the floor by the sink. But the rest was great. My only real issue was the hot water was not hot, but warm only. After the long drive, a hot bath would have been useful.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was nice and we had a quiet night stay. Breakfast options were good and tasteful. It was in a great area for shopping and dining. I would revisist this property if I was staying in the Memphis area.

What I Iiked most was the convenience of the location in the vicinity of my workplace. What I liked least was the price and they were mostly always booked up. It didn’t help being around the holidays and such. It seems like a stay was either a hit or miss every time. I guess you can blame it on management running the place and the shortage of staff during Covid.

Room was very clean and well stocked. Huge jetted tub in the bathroom was unexpected but great to have. Separate soaps for sinks and tub!! No pets allowed!! We will stay here again and in fact, so enjoyed our stay that we booked an extra night.

We only stayed here because our air conditioning was being fixed at home and it’s Summertime! We live in the area and if a person is coming to Memphis for touring Downtown and Graceland, this area is very convenient. There’s plenty restaurants and shopping areas very close by. No nightlife here. Eat at Huey’s down the road. Movie theater close by.

I liked the fact that the hotel isn't in a really busy location but close enough to shopping & restaurants to be convenient. The rooms are very nice and clean and the beds are so comfortable. I'd recommend this location to family and friends. There is some renovating in the lobby but I wasn't bothered by it. Thank you for your hospitality.

I didn’t like the fact they false advertisement on their site as if they were a pet friendly hotel and was not then charged me fir one night if stay after they cancelled my reservation l! I didn’t stay here and they stole my money!
I loved that the location was private yet not far from the shops. The hotel is very quiet and nice. The breakfast is small but overall it’s a great place to stay.
