Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel bed and conformt is decent. However still under renovation and found ants in the room. Asked for room change, but over booked at the time. The staff and management are friendly to waive the room night. I end up moved to another hotel.

Our stay was excellent.
Our stay was excellent. All the amenities from parking convienence to room location, staff assistance, food, bar, all that were excellent. Really enjoyed all of it and I will come back to Hyatt. Thank you!

We liked the property overall, it's attractive and the rooms...
We liked the property overall, it's attractive and the rooms are nicely furnished with a nice size kitchen in case you want to eat in. There is a complimentary breakfast offered and there is a nice common area in the lobby with a fireplace.
The location is convenient to San Diego which is where we were visiting relatives. There was some noise due to construction but otherwise we were very happy with our stay, I would recommend it.

Great area, city.
Great area, city. Close to where we wanted to go and then some! We visited La Jolla Cove and Torrey Beach. Torrey was new to us, so we were so delighted to stumble upon it. Highway is close by so excessive driving wasn't a problem for us. We loved it and had no major concerns about getting lost.
Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen at a relatively low price (by Californian standards).
Multiple areas of the hotel were in renovation during my stay, but when it is finished, the hotel will have nice lobby/lunch area with a view of the inner court, which features a swimming pool.
Nice helpful staff on duty.
The area hosts a wide range of businesses. For me, it was in a walking distance from the office.
I booked this room very last minute and did not realize how busy the three day weekend would make all the hotels in the area and how most would sell out. It was a tad expensive for just the 1 night, but that one night was a great experience. I would stay again.:) I would also check out the amenities a bit more. I did not realize the room came with a full kitchen so I missed on some opportunities to cook.
It’s was very dirty inside the hotel, everywhere is a mess and it smelled bad . Furniture inside the room like from 1800s , it wax completely empty refrigerator, pictures on website all is a big lie . For the price i payed I could stay in 5 starts hotel. It was shockingly bad . Staff was nice but the so called hotel is a horror
The breakfast each morning was good and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Probably some of the best interactions I’ve had in any hotel I’ve stayed in. They did their best to accommodate requests. The beds were also comfortable. Room size was great - we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room.
It was more than we expected. The suite we stayed at was clean, comfortable, specious, exactly what we needed. The front desk staff is super friendly and great customer service. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.
The room size, cleaning Ness and the hotel staff was amazing. The young lady that worked the front desk Saturday Dec 30th around noon was phenomenal. She was really understand to our emergent needs and went out of her way to accommodate
Great service, everyone was very nice and accommodating. We had an extended stay waiting on home repairs. The staff did everything and was able to keep us in the same room for 2.5 months!
Breakfast was decent, value for money not an elaborate spread no live counters understandably so as it’s a budget hotel .
