Veronica and Treniece were very welcoming...Calling location prior my arrival Veronica's friendly customer service was so welcoming it made me look for her upon arrival. Treniece made me feel everyone at this location was personable... Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious..

I rated the value low because we came to Cleveland for the eclipse and the price was jacked up to over four hundred a night. Nice breakfast. Liked that you had hard boiled eggs and waffles, and even FRESH fruit!

They took me to Walmart to buy slippers, picked me up from meeting venue, helped me order book online. They have proved what customer intimacy means. The facilities and location are also very excellent.

There are a lot of food places to choose from in the solon area. They also have a nice movie theater and kids play house (play day cafe)which is also located by a few different hotels. With the use of a cell phone/internet solon is very easy to get around small city
We loved everything about this hotel! We take our daughters,7&9 on weekend getaway’s frequently,this was one of our trips. The hotel was spotlessly clean,had fresh cold water waiting upon arrival. The pool was perfect for kids. Rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The breakfast was phenomenal! Would highly recommend!!
We had a truly excellent hotel breakfast here. The room was well-equipped, the bathroom was quite nice, everything was clean, and the woman who checked us in - she may have been the hotel manager? She was lovely and engaging. I totally regret not having brought trunks to go to the pool.
I am familiar with Solon Ohio. It is a nice place to live and visit. I have family that lives there also. The area is nice to walk and has plenty of restaurants etc. The kitchen was updated and well-stocked, which was nice. Each room has a desk for working.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was very clean. The hotel was very accessible to the highways. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Solon.
3rd stay at this location. The folks in Solon are some of the most friendly and polite staff I've ever encountered. I will be staying there for business in the future also. Highly recommended.
I liked the staff. Pam introduced herself and was very attentive when asked for area restaurants. Check in staff was knowledgeable about our visit and request to be placed in nearby rooms.
The location was very good with plenty of nearby restaurants. The continental breakfast was very good; not the best, but on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a solid eight.
I was pleasantly surprised at the Homewood Suites in Solon. The room was spacy, clean, and comfortable. I will be using them each time I come to Cleveland.
