It's different from other hotels I've stayed at. A grouping of 4 unit cottages. Close to tourist destinations,, not far from downtown. A refreshing difference in lodging. The inside of my unit had a well thought out design and paint colors. The bathroom was nice. Everthing felt clean

Extremely well maintained! Enough space for outdoor walks. The housekeeping staff and kitchen staff had a beautiful display for Mothers Day. Cupcakes, brownies and a beautiful Mothers Day banner! They are the best. Superb staff all of them!
This is centrally located to all attractions. We were very close to Sight and Sound Theater. A map was provided which really helped us find anything and everything we wanted or needed. We ate meals at 2 buffets nearby. We toured the Amish shops. This was our first time in this area. We will definitely return.

Such a charming area with lots of exploring to do. Wish we had more time. Highly recommend the Amish House and Farm Tour - very interesting and well done. The Farm Market in Bird In Hand was a great stop too - bought pumpkins, cheeses and deli meats, jams and mustards. Lots of free tastings to help you make your choices and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Please really consider your decision, I thought the same thing, that I was getting a good deal. Wish I would have paid more to stayed some where else.
Dirty, Dated, no phone, very limited breakfast items, very sad since this was once a beautiful place you wanted to stay at. Will attach just a few picture of the left over dirt found in our room and present items in room that should have been thrown in garbage ears ago.
Would like a refund for sure.

Smoketown is a very good location if you are going to the Sight and Sound Theater. We enjoyed DJ's Diner for breakfast that is right next door to the hotel. We also enjoyed Bird in Hand Restaurant and the Kitchen Kettle Village not too far down the road. There were a lot of crafts, eateries and shops there to explore.
Great location. Away from the metropolis. The cottage rooms have everything you need and are nicer than your average hotel room. There is a small airport just behind the property. Every once and a while you will hear a single engine plane or helicopter come and go. We thought it was kinda kool but some people may be bothered by it. Easy to get in and out, and you are able to park right outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located at just a few minutes drive to the farmers market, the Amish house & farm as well as lots of shops. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. There is a nice little pool at the back overlooking the fields. A great location for exploring the Lancaster area!
This is the third year in a row we stayed at Millstream Country Inn and as always, it was great. Very Clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The price is very reasonable and we will definitely be returning next year and maybe another trip this fall.
We were greeted so warmly by both the husband and the wife who own the establishment. Very homey but still a nice stay. Cute mini breakfast station, nearby a few restaurants and local shops as well as the Worship Center church.
The room was clean and quiet. We like the location. The staff is friendly and pleasant. We have stayed here before and were pleased with this facility so we booked it again. We also have reservations here for April 26th.
We liked that they were able to accommodate us even though bookings.com did not tell them we needed a ground floor. Thank you Jen for doing all you could to fix the matter. We look forward to coming back.
The style of the hotel is really cute and the room was clean and comfortable, the woman who was at the front desk was really kind and gave us some suggestions to where to go and get breakfast
Other motels that I wanted to stay were booked full. I liked the location at Mill Stream and had stayed there when Willow Valley owned it. The room was adequate. Did not have the breakfast.
The location was great near everything I wanted to see. It was very quite and I had a great view from the room window. The continental breakfast was very good.
