The property was beautiful. It was clean, well kept. The pool was amazing and the kids had a blast! Breakfast was great! The staff was amazing and kept checking in to make sure there was nothing else we needed during our stay.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk that was very informative of the area and explained things to my son in a way that made him feel welcomed. The hotel itself was tidy and homey. The hot breakfast was ready with lots of options.

The management at this property is awful to deal with! They charged my credit card 3 times and dont want to help solve the problem with getting my money refunded. It took 3 days to talk to a manager and then he was no help what so ever —all he wanted to say was there was a wall lamp broken in our room even though we never even turned that lamp on we was charged for it! He just said you have to tell the desk when something doesnt work in the room-but like i said how was i suppose to tell them that when we never even turned that light on!!

I hate false advertisment imagine your two daughters have been working hard to keep straight As for a year only to find out the one who promised them this (me dad) wasn't able to fullfill my obligations but they filled theres and return have received nothing but a few days of true boredom and sad faces which has hurt me a great deal and I just knew after sending the first complaint two days ago that I would be tooken care of and compensated cause I thought I knew booking takes care of they own that's why me and the entire courier journal staff and 33 of my distinguished family have all kept booking .com as the #1 provider for are vacation stays and flights and rentals yaw get it done but after how I've been treated and blatantly ignored and what am gonna say to my colleagues and I'm thinking of writing a story for cournal on this situation as well cause I'm not the only one that has been thru this at all and for a Quiet peaceful resolution I am simply asking yaw book me and my family a nice suite with a hot tub. In the room and a INSIDE heated pool open for public use "the pool don't have to be in the room thou " and from this Friday to Saturday to Sunday then check out Monday would be the peaceful resolution and we would be gladly appreciative of how yaw handled and took care.of.us and also I would most definitely share this in the courier and to.all.my followers 9,979 to always.go.booking..com.for.your.hotel.and.rental.are.somthing to do travel fun filled venues so.with that said I hope to hear some good news hopefully before Friday are.on.friday welcoming me and my family to.a remake of a fun filled weekend as we wanted previously

Location and Staff. I’ve stayed here several times and have always been pleased. However, this time I was very disappointed. I had driven over 9 hours and was exhausted. I paid $243 for one night in a room where the TV did not work in a bed that was lumpy. I tossed and turned all night. First…$243 for a Comfort Inn outside a small town? Not happy. But every other hotel was full as the Kentucky Derby was in two days. My bad. It pisses me off that hotels can charge whatever they want on any given night.
It was very nice and clean.. I work at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in hazard KY. MY position is front desk clerk. I also worked house keeping b4 that. I was amazed how clean and well kept. Our hotel in hazard is horrible. It looks nothing like this one. The one I work for needs updated and the Furniture is stained. The carpet is stained. Very poorly maintained. The nicest part about one in hazard is the housekeeping staff does their job.
We liked the bed and the cleanliness, location (between two lakes (Taylorsville/Guist Creek) 12 miles each, and near Solato Wildlife Sanctuary (My Uncle works there).

The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a microwave and fridge. Bathrooms are updated and towels are of good quality. Free parking, easy to find location. The breakfast was oright, and the price was right. The location of this hotel was great for our Bourbon Trail exploration.
We were in a handicapped accessible room - parts of it we really nice but the bathroom was stripped down. Obviously was a remodel and they did a poor job with the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable - we have stayed at other rooms in this hotel that were great
The staff at the front desk was about the only thing I liked at the Inn. She was friendly and easy to work with. If she wasnt so kind I probably would have voiced more concerns to her but I know the up-keep on the hotel was not her job.
