I like the fact that, when I left my sandals behind and Jennifer called me to let me know. She didn’t have to do that and I really appreciate her for that. I was also running a little behind on getting out. Instead of her rushing me, she told me she would give me more time. Jennifer was very polite and professional! This place is a joke they charged me $160 extra after we checked out I called and manager was very rude said a sheet was stained. There was no sheet stained . Or anything else wrong with the room. I will never stay there again and don't recommend anyone does

We were there on family business, not the type of town as a holiday resort though! Interesting maybe to a first timer to see as it was once a very bustling railway junction town but now quite different.
First of all the male manager was very rude the room was okay except for the bed was hard the hotel is under construction at the same time so a lot of noise waking you up all the time ask for a little bit more time at checkout because we thought that check out time was 11 and they told us all they could do is give us 30 minutes because we needed to leave and was very very rude
I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities. Nice, large, hot breakfast. Hot fresh coffee available 24 hours. Staff super friendly. The room was very large. Beds and bedding high quality. Snacks and beverages available to purchase 24 hours. Location near Kickapoo made going anywhere convenient. It was much better than I expected for the price.
Hotel was easy to find and in a good location not far from stuff but not in the mist of all the traffic and sounds of the town. Staff was friendly and answered all questions we had even told us some of their fav places to eat for us to try out as it was out first time in town. Room was clean and in order was a good size room for just the two of us.
This is one of the best hotels we have found on our three transcontinental trips over the past year. The staff were welcoming and supportive. The room was spotless and as quiet as a sensory deprivation chamber. We'll definitely seek this one out on our next trip East.
Breakfast was in a sack, but was good considering the continental Buffet style breakfast was still shutdown due to covid. The man who checked us in was really the best thing about Quality Inn
Very conveniently located opposite a dog park, and with a dog fee of only $15 per night, this is a good stop for an active dog. It's very near casinos and strip malls too.
