I will say that the employees over this hotel gave me the best service that I have ever had, The front desk stuff (Guy & Lady) they performed professionally and efficiently. So if there is a 7 star rating, then they deserve it. Service room daily, great people. At checkout very smooth and professional. Great location,nextdoor to shops and stores. I will come back again. The location was wonderful. I didn’t want to stay directly in the heart of the city. This hotel is about 25 minutes east of downtown, and the city of Santee is beautiful. I also loved that the pool was clean and there were no children around. My stay was as quiet and peaceful as desired.
Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location close to dining, shopping and freeway access. Very clean and inviting pool! TV was great! Nice size refrigerator and microwave in the room.
