All in all, great!
Pool could have been a lil more heated. However, it still was relaxing after a bit in there. The king size bed was comfy. I like it dark when i sleep and that was good we had a darkening shade. We like that we were able to access our Netflix acct. Breakfast was good. I wish you had bacon, but it was good. We will diffenitly book again.

We usually go to Santa Maria/Orcutt about every 2 months to visit my sister & brother-in-law. We don't do alot of tourist-y things, but have been introduced to several really great places to eat (The Hitching Post in Casmalia for dinner, Kay's, or Jack's for great breakfast and/or lunch, to name a few) , and some super nice people who live and work there. Santa Maria/Orcutt is close to alot of popular beaches, so it's a great home base for a beach day (or two). We love to stay at The Wine Stone Inn in Orcutt for a relaxing and fun get away.

Parts of town can be deceiving as in you can't judge a book by it's cover. Good food, good shopping, great access to the beaches and great wineries abound in the area. We made it to the airshow which was a plus. All in all, we would return.

We were travelling up from LA to Monterey so tried to stop halfway. We actually kept driving back to Santa Barbara as it was more scenic. Pismo isn’t too far but wasn’t the greatest weather. Uber is good for food but cannot get an Uber taxi no matter how hard you try. Plenty of choice for food - loved ihop for breakfasts and Applebys is a must for dinner.

We enjoyed our trip very much.
We enjoyed our trip very much. Santa Maria Friday nights was a fun outside market just up from our hotel. Loved the flavors and live music. We were happy to be close to the coast also. We made a day trip to Pismo stopping by the Luffa farm. Also close for a day trip to Foxen wine trail and old town Orcutt area to explore. Santa Maria was very clean city and walkable plus many trail heads near by.
beautiful. modern, crisp clean decor snd super linens. terrific staff with lovely complimentary wine/beer and snacks during evening hours. we are SO glad we stayed here and in Orcutt. sampled four of the locals bats/restaurants, all just a few blocks walk from hotel. it is also on edge of this small historic district and easy driving access to dunes, Santa Maria proper, Foxen Road snd wineries. Bit pricey…and the breakfast pastries were delicious, just needed a savory choice (everything was sweet sweet)
We found the accommodation easily and parked outside with no difficulty. The receptionist was very friendly and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable. Outside was a small but very pleasant swimming pool with sun beds and tables and chairs. There were eating places along the main road beside the accommodation so finding a nice restaurant for dinner was not hard. In fact the receptionist recommended some eateries which helped us with our choices.
We last stayed here back in 1996 and the hotel has had a very noticeable refurbishment and is in excellent condition! Our room was perfect, very spacious and with a lovely comfortable King bed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, in fact we enjoyed so much that we extended our stay for one more night! We dined in the restaurant on our final night and the food was first class and service to match. Would highly recommend this hotel, amazing value for money!
We stayed at this hotel just one night during our California round trip. The room was small but clean, the bathroom was nice too. Breakfast (included) was as expected for a Marriott hotel: paper plates, plastic cutlery - not good for our planet (!) -, some warm items (scrambled eggs, sausages, outmeal), drinks (coffee, juices), wafles and bagles. We had to bring our own bread to make toast. So overall, this hotel is OK for a one night stay.
Room was ready and clean on arrival. We booked 2 rooms and they were happily next door to each other. Pillows were great, shower was hot and water was plentiful. Nice amenities in bathroom and coffee station. Quiet and close to shops and restaurants. The concierge that checked us in was so sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would stay there next time if we visit Santa Maria again. Breakfast included! Thank you!
We used this as the second stop when driving down from San Francisco to LA. Great location, easy to find. The hotel was immaculate, the room was big and extremely clean. We used the pool which is small and clean but be aware that people can see in from the car park. Would recommend spending the day in Pismo Beach and then driving to the hotel in the evening rather than spending the day in Santa Maria.
The Wine Stone Inn exceeded all our expectations although the reviews were pretty great so we knew we were probably not going to be disappointed. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The small details like the welcome basket and a personal note added to the entire vibe. We loved our stay and we're sure you'll love it too!
The hotel was exactly what we wanted. Covenient and safe location near amenities, clean and affordable. My family stayed here one night and it was excellent. Microwave in the room was a plus when traveling with a child! Beds were very comfortable. Good standard continental breakfast options as expected.
Everything was OK. Nothing outstanding. Yes, it is historic because of age (originally from 1917). Feels that it is still much better than sourrounding other facilities. Has very nice grounds (garden) behind hotel, pool looks nice. Enough parking. You feel safe there. Staff was helpfull.
the staff was wonderful, Samantha was so helpful and sweet and she really was there for anything and everything we needed! she is a wonderful employee! if it wasn’t for her I would of gave a lower rating just because the standards of cleanliness is so poor at the Santa Maria location
I lived in Santa Maria one mile from the Radisson until March of this year. Very familiar with the property. it is a great property and location. Comfortable. The entire hotel needs upgrading. It has been awhile.
I liked the fact that the motel manager here at the Town and Country Inn in Santa Maria, CA minded his own business to a great extent. More so than elsewhere on Broadway.
