FANTASTIC! We like this rental so much that this is our second time renting here. We have had a positive experience from the first step to handing over the keys at the end. It's in a great location that is off the beaten path but easy to get to everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The neighbors are nice. The house is gorgeous! The views starting on the main floor are hypnotic. Great ocean views. The beds are comfortable and there are ample blankets to add on if needed. We really like the multi-tiered home it's a neat layout. The kitchen is well appointed - Love the dishwasher... super quiet. The garage access is a nice bonus.

We stayed one night as we boarded our ship the next morning. We will not stay at the Crown Plaza again. We did enjoy the restaurant in the town around the pier and they were all within walking distance of the hotel.

The main problem for people staying longer than a day or so is that the restaurant is quite small for the number of hotel rooms. That said the service and food was good but perhaps a little slow - with a quite limited choice. If you do not have your own transport there are no nearby restaurants to which you may walk.

    We love San Pedro!

We love San Pedro! The town has a cute Little Italy area and many other food choices. It’s on the water and yet close to the freeway system. If you travel 5 minutes, you can get most chain stores. It’s a small town close to the LA area.

If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street.

If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street. It is .8 miles from office to cruise line. Allowed me to park there for my cruise for less money. When I cruise again I will stay there for at least one night. Many attractions across Harbor Blvd. There is USS Iowa and Ports of Call is a little farther down along the Harbor.

San Pedro is a neat little town next to the Port of Los Angeles. It is easy to get around with plenty to see and do within easy walking distance to each other. Check out the USS Iowa, the Maritime Museum, and all the restaurants and bars in the downtown area.

We were staying for just one day in order to leave for a cruise. We arrived on time and we’re looking forward to seeing the maritime Museum and naval vessel. Unfortunately we did not get to go because of the totally inadequate check in process at the hotel.

Although we only stayed overnight, the staff couldn't have been more helpful right from check-in to checkout. This is an economy hotel so don't expect luxurious conditions. Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All 4-rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Staff even booked 2 cabs for us for the short drive to the cruise ship terminal. Couldn't have asked for better service.

We were able to check in mid-morning after departing our cruise ship. We had one day to spend between cruises and this lower priced motel had everything we needed for the day. We were able to use the coin operated washer/dryer on site which was a big help for me. There were restaurants nearby. The hotel shuttle was very accommodating and at no cost. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a wonderful option for spending the night before a cruise. We arrived late and enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant the next morning. We paid for the shuttle, but it was so crowded we ended up taking an Uber to the cruise terminal. Next time, we'll just uber (less than $10 and five minutes), but having the shuttle service was a nice perk.

The hotel and staff were really good. Nice clean, spacious rooms. Good price good local for a visit. Any issues we had were handled. I liked the offering of lemonade at front. Housekeeping good. I love the free choice and quality of bathroom and coffee items. If you have an issue they'll gladly fix. It is a nice place I would stay again if visiting.

You mis sold me a suite with the pictures of the grande suite. I will never use you for important events again. It ruined the 60th get together I had planned as we had no dining table as in the picture and a tiny sofa not a lovely lounge area. Hotel said booking.com had got the pictures wrong. I am still very upset such a let down shame on you.

Madu and his team make this property a lot nicer than it is. They make do with what they have. While some of the interior could be redone like the carpeting and that ice machine would have been nice since it was dead of summer. Madu and his team have 5 star hotel hospitality through and through.

The home is well decorated and super clean. They have provided lots of creature comforts to facilitate and make easy everything from cooking to having toiletries in the bathroom. The home is also very close to downtown San Pedro. Great restaurants, bars, and shops.

We had cocktails in the bar. Nice area, prices were fair. We have stayed here twice before because it was very close to the port and because there is a great Mexican restaurant half a block from the hotel. We will stay here next time we cruise from San Pedro.

Excellent location for our cruise with free shuttle to the ship. No complaints there. The drive from the airport was good, with a booking.com driver that was a much better price than UBER. Staying at this hotel took stress away from our cruise ship arrival.

Room was okay. Hotel hallways had visible water damage on the ceilings likely from the room leaking. Hotel needs some updating. It’s dated and for the money I expected it to be nicer.
