Trip hazards! Bed frame extends several inches beyond mattress Hits layout leg when passing by. Desk chair with metal legs extend to with in inches if bed frame Trip hazard. This is lawsuit ready to happen. Only one hook in bathroom. Where to put clothes and towel ? I don’t want them on floor. This was not quality for price. Asked for quiet room Was not

My daughter lives very close to the Hotel in Point Richmond so it was convenient. Room was clean, comfortable bed and I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. The directions and keypad codes were clear. It was nice to walk to everything...restaurants, cafe, shoping etc. Cute town!

It's very upsetting when your in a non refundable situation, and what was shown nice Jacuzzi tub and free Breakfast buffet is different from what you get. Compare my pic to booking ..com how is this fare? What options do I have, none when this non refundable room.
Staff gave no help to this, even asking for an up grade, Was told no, this is what I paid for.
Very disappointed in lack of working vending machines at several locations in the motel. The charming front desk staff indicated the machines are maintained by outside vendor. The lobby elevator stopped working after I came down to complain about the vending situation and she had to go into the equipment room to fix. Stayed at this property in 2019 and boy what a change! Wasn’t worth the $235 we spent.
good location for visit to San Francisco. we booked 3 rooms. 2 were clean and comfortable. third smelt like vomit. hotel staff moved us to another room which was ok though sink plugged up. public areas clean. breakfast good.
The breakfast was pretty good, but clearly the hotel uses some food that has been rejected by other vendors - grabbed a raspberry yogurt that was really peach. Just discarded from somewhere else.
Staff was awful, coporate was unwilling to help. I will never stay at this branch of hotels ever again in my life. I rather not travel then deal with people like that.
