Location is great. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area of the town and a 5 minute drive to the ski hill. House was comfortable for our whole family including three kids. Plenty of things to do. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Clean and amazing breakfast as Wendy at front desk was so kind and helpful
We ate in the restaurant. Didnt have time to go to the buffet. I remember it was really nice. We are coming in on Aug 20th for my birthday and hope to make it to the buffet. Once i figured where i was going it was okay. The elevator kind of stumped me going up to my room.

Very very friendly valet lady at night.
Very very friendly valet lady at night. She and a guest helped me with my car for I hit a deer and my right side of car was badly damaged. You couldnt ask for anything better! They both were beyond helpful at 2 am. Staff is friendly and helpful

I really enjoyed our trip.
I really enjoyed our trip. The restaurants were tasty and had a wide variety. The gaming was fun and exciting. Our room was gorgeous and extra big. I loved room service, the portions were really big, we couldn't even finish them. All in all, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to,come back.

The hotel was clean and spacious. It was in a good location to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was overpriced and not very good. The hallways and elevators to hotel rooms smelled of smoke. Overall, the hotel was very nice and a pleasant place to stay.

Big casino, great if that's what you are here for.
Big casino, great if that's what you are here for. Near the Allegany State park and the Kinzua dam; both are beautiful. Park is great for camping and hiking, and reservoir is great for boating and kayaking. Otherwise small town and not a tourist town.

I loved the large selection of games but the best selection...
I loved the large selection of games but the best selection was in the smoking section of the casino which makes it hard for a non smoker. It would be nice if they could make the non smoking area bigger. The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the Seneca Cafe was very good but dinner at the Thunder Mountain buffet was a disappointment for the $21 you had to pay per person. All in all we enjoyed our stay and plan on going back again.
The staff were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very pet friendly and gave us a treat bag for our dog at check in! They even gave us a hanger for our door to say pets were in there. The room was huge and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and I liked getting to order the night before, they had complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa station in the lobby. It felt very luxurious. We loved our stay and would do it again hands down!
The room was very comfortable and clean. We didn't visit for the casino, just a location close to totality for the 2024 eclipse. The hotel had an eclipse event, which I thought was awesome that they offered it. We did not attend because we had other plans. It fulfilled our needs and was clean and comfortable.
The room was very impressive, probably comparable or better than some notable 5 star hotels, much better than average chain hotels. From door to shower room to hallway, they used a very high quality materials and the hotel's indigenous themed design was comforting.
The room was very large and had everything you needed. For this price, the room is simply unbeatable. There is also a pool and a small fitness area in the hotel. Both can be used free of charge.
Room service was quick, room was clean (very important), staff were very friendly and informative, and the price was right.
And it was great to have the casino downstairs to pass the time
It was very easy to book and check in/out were very simple and convenient. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great - beats any hotel breakfast by a mile.
