There was not really a breakfast. Motels usually have hot buffets, like scrambled eggs, make your own waffles and bacon or sausage.

Breakfast was very good. This was a one time stay as we were attending our granddaughter's college graduation, but we have been very happy with other Country Inn locations, so looked to do that while in Mankato.

the location was hard to figure out at first and also took a few trips back and fourth from town. then just had to remember to get off at Macdonalds. Staff was unsure about where restaurants to suggest other than one-which we went to and was great. the beds were terrific-very comfy! the bathroom flooring was extremely slippery and also in the shower-very hard to take a shower-I think it was maybe a handicap room-which we did not need.
I was traveling to the Gustavus Adolphus College and needed a budget hotel with no amenities or breakfast to drive up the price plus I wasn't going to use them. This motel was just a mile or so down the road so the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the shower was blazing hot, and the heater worked. The towels were even soft, you rarely get soft white towels anymore!
We especially appreciated the cleanliness of every room, the extra linens, and the well stocked kitchen - we cooked our meals and having a well stocked kitchen with even a crockpot made our stay so enjoyable.
The kids had so much fun staying up in the attic - like their own little suite.
The location was great in town -close proximity to main st.
I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. There were some noisy patrons outside their room near the far end of the motel when I first arrived, but they quieted down before I got ready to go to sleep.
This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Very clean, solid, well equipped and the staff is exceptional. Breakfast is perfectly ok. I'll surely come back!
We like the location as I have friends and relatives in St Peter. The pool was quiet and the hot tub felt good after a long day. The room was comfortable and quiet.
