The rooms are very out dated. Couch and chairs had many stains. Dead bugs behind the bed and behind toilet. AC unit was loud and room had an odor. The room needed to be swept under and around

They treated us more like 2nd class citizens since we booked...
They treated us more like 2nd class citizens since we booked the room through a 3rd party. We received a room with a smaller bed than what we booked and we were told by the lady at the front desk that since we booked through a 3rd party, we get what we get and that 3rd party bookings are not accurate. I will not stay there again.

Extremely friendly and helpful community. The restaurants that were recommended to us were great! Undos Italian Grill and West Texas steakhouse, delicious food and reasonably priced.we stayed at Candlewood suites, great hotel and conveniently located to shopping, amenities and close to freeways. The staff at the hotel were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and gave us great suggestions for our outings and dining options. Shout out to the wonderful staff: Scott Wilson, sales mgr; Haley Anthony; GM; Colin, front desk and Sarah, Sarrie and Amanda, our fantastic housekeepers ! We loved our kitchenette, made our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay at Candlewood suites again.

The room was immaculate and I do check the out of sight places. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were firm but comfortable. All my wife's special needs were met, breakfast was simple but good. The grounds were well kept and so was the pool area. The price was great! Highly recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Never again will I stay there! Staff (manager) was extremely disrespectful! We had NO water in our room. WE HAD TO FLUSH THE TOILET WITH BUCKETS OF WATER THAT WE HAD TO CARRY FROM THE FRONT DESK! NO SHOWER AVAILABLE! WE PAID FULL PRICE AND WAS REFUSED ANY DISCOUNT FOR NOT HAVING AMENITIES WE PAID FOR LIKE RUNNING WATER! WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT NO WATER OR I WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED!

The Hampton Inn is located in the mall. There are a multitude of good restaurants within one mile of the Inn. The Inn new and kept very clean. The breakfast is tops of any Hampton I have stayed in. This is a great place to relax.

We stayed 1 night. Ann Marie at the desk was very friendly and helpful, especially when the heat in room 1 was VERY loud. We got another room that was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was a little better than your average hotel. The price was right and the hotel was in a good location for stores and restaurants.
Everything! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, the rooms are a nice size, clean, and very comfortable. I was traveling with a 3 year old and 1 year old and it was honestly the best/most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel A lot!
Super friendly front desk upon check in. Was able to accomodate my room change when asked for top floor. The fall decor was beautiful, full food setup which is nice change from other hotels carry bag. I love right by 70 too!
I stay in too many hotels and this one was the second hotel that had a full breakfast including eggs bacon and sausage not to mention waffles cereal oatmeal yogurt mini muffins bagels juice milk and coffee
It was very close to the main highway but far enough not to hear anything. The hotel was clean, and the bedding was good. Some hotel have cheap bedding or not enough pillows, this was not the case here.
I was very surprised with the awesome ammenities at this hotel. The room had wet bar over the fridge and microwave. Elevator in center of lobby so no xtra dragging of bags. Highly recommend
This facility used to be a Hampton Inn hotel. It’s been completely renovated and is nice and clean. Hot coffee is available upon check-in, and the breakfast was outstanding.
Simple, clean , well managed hotel. What you would expect from a place in this price range and for short term stays.
It even has a small swimming pool!
The hotel was clean, most of the people were nice, except for one lady (I learned from other people that her name was Heather). Heather should be fired.
