The location was perfect for our needs in that local sites were easy to get to. We did not partake of the breakfast, but we had a delicious dinner. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were most welcoming.

The location is great. It is just far enough off the main street. We got a room with a mountain view. You can't see all of Mt Rushmore but it's worth getting a mountain view room so you can enjoy the private balcony not looking at the parking lot!
The staff was exceptionally friendly. We ate dinner in the Pub on the property. The food was delicious!

The place is 5 minutes from Mount Rushmore. Comfortable bed. Free HBO. Very good continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and nice. They had to turn off the water for maintenance but gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The price was already very reasonable.

It was our second visit here but this time we got a room in the motel and not a cabin. The motel is located a short drive away from the main building but in my opinion is much better in terms of room size and quality.
