Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. We went to historic attractions ( Susan B Antony Home) as well as the museum of science and several local restaurants. We were there for a few days preceding the eclipse in April. There is a lot to do in Rochester and you can get there by car or Amtrak.

Rochester is really a very nice city. We love the walkway along the water. It is beautiful and love the downtown architecture of the buildings. We love Strong Museum and the Seneca Zoo. Our two favorite activities every time we go!

Rochester offers some great restaurants and sights to see even when you are just passing through the area. The Owl House was a favorite spot as was Strangebird. We also walked around the Strong Museum and the Museum of Play.

Eastman Kodak Museum was great. Walking past all the mansions on East Avenue was even better! The waterfalls were solidly impressive and there were lots of old buildings to admire in the downtown core.

Rochester was the perfect location for our trip. I wished I figured that out in the beginning. Perfect for traveling to Portsmouth and into Maine. The nicest motel we stayed in while we were vactioning in New Hampshire. HIghly recommend it.

Best advice I can give about Rochester; visit Tony D’S. It’s right on the river, has indoor and outdoor seating, and has upscale meals. Nice atmosphere, chic enough for a date, but relaxed enough for family.
Even though they provide airport pickup, the front desk was too busy to answer the phone. After 20 minutes of waiting, we had to call Uber to get to the hotel by ourselves. There was another young female student waiting for their airport pickup, too. It was 1 a.m. and she was all alone by herself in a small airport. I can imagine how terrified she was. So, we offered her to ride with us to the hotel. This is really disappointing that I had to give this hotel bad credit on this. Otherwise, the staff is good, the breakfast is fancy.
It was close to the airport, restaurants & the Interstate.
The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and Internet was easy to access.
Breakfast was good, quick, and not over crowded.
AND I left my wireless computer mouse on the desk in the room when we checked out. When I called the hotel a few hours later, they held it for me so I could pick it up on my way back a week later. A small thing? Buying & programming a wireless mouse to sync with my computer & keyboard would have been a real hassle !
It was really quiet. There were a lot of people staying at this hotel, including a school wrestling team. I wish I knew what school so I could give them a compliment. They were nice, super quiet and respectful to others. The breakfast was hot and really good. The room was very spacious and clean. There was someone smoking weed in their room near our room. When we came back from breakfast, our room wreaked of weed which was unfortunate and made me and my children sick to our stomachs.
The pictures do not do the place justice. It is even nicer than that! We enjoyed our ti e here immensly! The place feels like home. It literally has anything you (think you) might need and than some.
The privat parking is a huge extra bonus.
The buildi g is secure and clean. You can do laundry on the same floor.
I seriously recommend this over any hotel in the area. We are already looking forward to visit here again.
The staff are the best part of this hotel. Front Reception staff Ryan and Bianca as well the manager Kim are VERY kind and helpful. The breakfast bar lady is also very lovely and welcoming. It’s a good location for a quick visit to Rochester. Lots of parking that is free! The environment is clean, has snacks for purchase and offers free tea, coffee and hot water 24/7.
The hotel room, breakfast, and the vicinity to the airport were great. However, the customer service at this location was so outstanding. From the general manager, to the front desk person in the evening, front desk person to the the morning and the housekeeper. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I would go back in a heartbeat!!
This was our 2nd time staying here, and we loved it. We love the uniqueness of the rooms, the tub, and how comfy the beds are. Communication with staff was professional. We all in all had a great experience for our 2nd stay. Whenever we come to Rochester again, this is where we will be staying.

Everything went really well. I was able to sleep peacefully with no noise at all. Everything was incredibly close by which made the location very convenient. The staff was very kind and they made you feel like family. The room was very clean, the pillows and bed was very comfy.
The suite was perfect for me to have a separate place to work and sleep. I enjoyed the clean bathroom and bedroom. Staff were super friendly and willing to share information about the local area. I enjoyed my stay.
The house was warm and inviting. All the cupboards were labeled so finding things in the kitchen was easy. The host was super communicative. A lovely place to book if you are staying in Rochester. Two thumbs up.
