The room was very nice and very clean. We did not eat breakfast at the Inn since it seemed a bit pricey, but we did enjoy an excellent dinner one evening that was delicious and reasonably priced.

Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good and hot water was quick out of the tap. Breakfast staff was friendly. Waffles made fresh in the breakfast area were very good. Pastries were very good. Free Wifi was good. Front desk staff was varied, some were great, some not so experienced.

The hotel was absolutely charming. The people who worked there were friendly and solicitous. The place was immaculate. Warm cookies were available! We didn't get to eat the breakfast but they were kind enough to pack us scones to go. Everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, ice cream, neighboring towns) were all super close. Couldn't say enough nice things. It was a quiet retreat with an updated trendy room. Highly recommend.
Excellent location within walking distance of Main Street and the center of Ridgefield. Friendly, attentive staff. Delicious breakfast, with choice of eggs/sausage/toast, oatmeal, or yogurt each morning, along with tasty side dishes such as scones. Unlimited coffee/tea available in the lobby all day and night.
Needed and requested a 1st floor room. When arrived, a 2nd floor room available. The manager switched my reservation to the 1st floor but charged me spot rate rather than the quoted price. $337 as opposed to $241. I needed the accomodation so i stayed. Will not stay at this Days Inn ever again.
My sister lives in Ridgefield and recommended WLI as a pre holiday decompression site prior to Christmas. Christine greeted us warmly to her beautiful Inn. She and Danile were wonderful. The Inn is beautifully decorated year round but especially lovely at the Holidays. Highly recommend!
In fact, the hotel was a little out of the way for our journey, but it looked like the extra mileage would be worth it and it was. We had a beautifully decorated, spacious room. There was an gourmet restaurant next door at which we dined & breakfast in the hotel was extraordinary.
You advertised breakfast was included. The hotel didn't offer breakfast at all. Because of Covid. I think we and other customers are entitled to a refund.
As far as location is concerned, there's nothing around within a mile and a half.
I like the location being so close to town. As a Ridgefield native coming home to visit family it was nice to be so close to everything with a nice place to lay my head down. The beds were so comfy!
After moving away from Ridgefield this has become my new home. The owners are beyond fantastic, the Inn is lovely, and the location downtown is perfect! Highly recommend!!
