The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, large and spacious bathrooms and the sofa bed in our room was excellent. I would stay hear again! I'm just bitter because there is no free breakfast as implied by the website.

This was in my opinion an incredible value. Probably in the top 5 hotels I've ever stayed in, and of those, the least expensive. But you wouldn't know it. The room and bathroom were huge, the bed amazingly comfortable, and the room even came with a safe and robe. I loved the colored themes..I had the green room which was very calming to me. Definitely would recommend.

As soon as you walk in this hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. I wish I would have got the ladies name at the front desk yesterday as she was just wonderful! So kind! She was informative about complimentary breakfast and let us know about the popcorn and soda they were having along with the drinks. The hotel was so clean. Our room was great. Spacious enough for one night. Bathroom itself was great.

Our hotel was within a comfortable walking distance (1+ mile) to Forest Park which is simply lovely. There is so much to do and see right there. We thoroughly enjoyed the zoo (which is FREE) and wished we had more time to spend there. We didn't get to go to the museums or planetarium but will plan to on our next trip. The Jewel Box in Forest Park is a nice quick stop with beautiful landscaping and many varieties of flowers.

Just the room was nice but the staff was rude and inconsiderate and down right aggressively targeting me and I didnt appreciate it because i paid good money for that room to have been removed but other than that it was fine

location, room was comfortable, staff was amazing!! Ephraim, Chris, the lady that did the breakfast were very efficient, exceptionally knowledgeable and nice! The shuttle drivers that picked us up to go back to the hotel were very nice and courteous. Felt secure with my car being in the parking lot. They allow you to reserve time for the pool in one hour increments. Having drinks such as hot teas and hot cocoa available at all times added feature.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Pool was nice. Staff was very friendly. They have a great selection of food to buy to take to the room to microwave or just snacks. Plenty of extra linen and pillows for the pullout couch. Highly recommend this hotel.

New hotel with excellent, cheerful staff. Very clean and stylish. I was traveling by myself and had a rental car. I felt safe and my car didn't sustain any door dings or anything else that would have compromised a satisfactory return.
