Trip hazards! Bed frame extends several inches beyond mattress Hits layout leg when passing by. Desk chair with metal legs extend to with in inches if bed frame Trip hazard. This is lawsuit ready to happen. Only one hook in bathroom. Where to put clothes and towel ? I don’t want them on floor. This was not quality for price. Asked for quiet room Was not

My daughter lives very close to the Hotel in Point Richmond so it was convenient. Room was clean, comfortable bed and I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. The directions and keypad codes were clear. It was nice to walk to everything...restaurants, cafe, shoping etc. Cute town!

We spent our time with family. Hopefully on a return trip we can explore Richmond.
A favorite restaurant of my family who lives in Pinole is Mel's Diner so they took us there . We enjoyed eating there also.

Point Richmond is a really fun place to visit and a great venue for sailing. The town has been revitalized after to recession and has lots of places to walk a great natatorium to swim and plenty of good eateries.

Its very ghetto. I didnt find much to do there. Every place we went we had to take everything out of the car with us. The pizza place we went to took an hour and a half. There wasnt much good about it.

The room quality was very good for a cheap place. If you're looking for the basics, this inn is a good choice. The location is a bit inconvenient for those who want to check out downtown areas, so a car is a must.
Real vacation property also felt like home. Looks new inside and out, clean, beds very comfortable, well stocked kitchen ware. Partial view of the Bay, with few steps to the flat, my 86 year old father in law had no problem being in the one level unit with his walker. We live about 4 miles away, it was perfect place for us stay while we’re getting our house remodeled. FYI, is the best place to stay if you’re visiting the Bay Area, cause you’re almost between San Francisco and the Napa Valley with easy freeway access.
The place was clean and comfortable and attractive, the check-in and everything else went super smoothly. We stayed in the Annex, and parked in the gated lot. Point Richmond is a quiet and charming little enclave in the middle of the swirl and congestion of the Bay Area-- we'll stay there again next time we're back. Nice Thai restaurant down the street, nice coffee shop too... we enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood.
Breakfast was not provided. The location is central to the area of Berkeley, Oakland and El Sobrante. It is freeway close. It was clean and all the basics were covered. A minor repair was needed in the laundry room. I called the contact person and it was fixed the next day.
Please for being a motel 6 expected more considered how big they place needs serious work , should really be shut down wonder why city of Richmond has not shut that place down (city hall 2 blocks away.) .overall give it 3.
