The clerk made it difficult to even check in. It states 2 pm is there check in time but upon arrival he said we couldn’t check in until 3:30. I left and came back at 5 then he wouldn’t let me check in until both parties arrived (my boyfriend) I canceled the room and found a better place to stay. This place was in the ghetto and the clerk was beyond rude and uneducated.

The receptionist wendy had to argue with about my bookings and keep telling me a made mistake instead of just fixing it for me.
We also requested for new towels but nobody came up and instead we came down to ask for it. We stayed for 5 nights.

Staff was friendly, Price was great, Unit was fairly clean and spacious, NO BUGS.
Front desk clerk was amazing help! My Son stayed with his family at another room which they had to change because when the blanket was pulled off there was BLOOD and dried BOOGERS on the bed sheet. The stay didn’t include Breakfast and you have to pay to use their outdated laundry machines.

I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years.
I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years. It has CHANGED and I recognized nothing. However, with Google Maps I was able to find everything I needed to. There was shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. I was in town for a funeral and Rest Haven Rowlett was very close. We ate at Chuy's in Addison which was delicious. Honestly, we ate most meals at the hotel and the food was free and wonderful!

I wouldn’t comment anyone to stay here, it was terrible with all of them. I forgot my iPad in a bag including glasses, phone, stuff… They kept it and said it’s totally broken but when I want to take it back they return me a bag with everything good inside except my pro iPad totally broken bad and can’t fix. They just broke the iPad but forget to broke everything else, they are in the same bag. Horrible

There wasn't much that I like.
There wasn't much that I like. But I did get my second room but was over charged without explanation why it was charged. Horrible service period regarding what I needed like bath towels, toilet paper, cleaning my room, taking out trashes. No free breakfast either. Room should have phone working even in the hallway phone not working. It would be good if the housekeeper understand a little English so it could be of a great help. Because my room wasn't clean throughout my 3 day stays. It would also be great if a customer needs something it should be attended to instead of being lied too so very poor customer service.

This was our first time in Richardson but will definitely not be our last. We enjoyed the shopping. We had a great place to stay and had four concerts to attend during our stay. It could not get better!
Walls are thin. I could neighbors conversation ( the talk normal tone) and I could hear them. Loved pool hours. Loved jets in hot tub.
Hotel and pool worked just fine. Plenty if sitting area. Gym was clean and spacious looking into pool area. Laundry near by. Front desk shop was convenient. Breakfast and bar and restaurant availability. Noon check out!!!
Spacious and clean suit. Comfy beds
Perfect!!!
I booked this hotel at the last minute, wanting to find an economical stay for a few night as my house was being rennovated. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the comfort of the bed (a big plus, at least for me!) Would definitely recommend!
The location was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of a green space that features restaurants, local vendors (on weekends), and great outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room was very comfortable and extra clean.
The facility was attractive. I liked the location in Richardson because it was close enough to Dallas without all the difficult traffic. I found it fairly easy to get to eating establishments and get on the interstate from the hotel.
The room and the amenities were clean. Its near UT Dallas in the heart of Richardson near Plano, on I75, so location wise its very convenient. For someone with pets or family, don't miss out the Prairie creek park nearby.
I just love the staff and the location. Was perfect, and of course, Tina at the front was amazing again. The room was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing as well. I just love this hotel and will be back.
The hotel was fresh and Clean. with the exception of the Handicap bar that was unhooked from the bottom, all was pretty good. Room 228 needs that bar reattached some one is going to fall trying to use it
I have stayed here off and on for several years.
It hotel is older but it is clean and quiet.
They have made changes to the policy and it is for the better.
The room is large and spacious.
Breakfast buffet was great. Having a restaurant on the hotel was very conveniently for us. The location was good. The outside of the hotel was very nice.
The room is large comfortable with refrigerator and stove and coffee maker. Has great laundry room and good gym. Good location. It is now a condo not hotel.
