I liked breakfast offered at 7, and you could eat sitting on a sofa in front of the fireplace. A healthy menu (greens, fruit) with gluten free options, coffee 24/7.

Very friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, and clean surroundings. Bed was a little lumpy, but otherwise it was the ideal place for a night’s stay.

We arrived Sunday evening and walked a bit looking for a nice place to eat- up one side of the street and down the other. Most everything was closed but we did find a Mexican Restaurant-Carnivals- which was delightful. The food was delicious and service was very good. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, and a wonderful feature. Wish downtown Redmond had more to offer, but Sunday night is a hard time to find vibrancy.

The American small city perfected: clean, safe, fun, friendly, and functional. Lots of outdoor options and beauty, abundant food options, great places to stay, and very acccessible.
Don't miss Smith Rocks, the P.S. Ogden Viewpoint, or Cline Falls Park. Then also visit nearby Sisters (and the state's best golf course at Aspen Lakes) and Bend, Oregon's "boom town" (with so much to offer).
This is high desert and has four full seasons - sometimes within a week.

Redmond is a town that is on the rise.
Redmond is a town that is on the rise. Mainly a ranching community in the past, the town is rapidly becoming a population center with a different vibe. Many of the Central Oregon destinations are within one/two hours of downtown. Smith Rock is literally 15 minutes away. There is a wonderful view of the Cascade mtns personalities from Mt. Hood down to Mt. Bachelor. Great for hiking, rockhounding, nature watching, photographers and artists in general.

The town of Redmond has just about every little thing you might need for a trip into the desert. There were a few restaurants we wanted to try but didn't but they looked good! The only little health food store was closed on Monday, the day we needed something, but we did fine without it. We were on spring break and there was quite a number of people out and about but a few of the key dining spots were closed both Monday and Tuesday. I'm sure they would have been packed on both those days if they had paid attention to the calendar and been open more days of the spring break.
The attractions there are so gorgeous we are excited to go again and explore more.

We did not use pool or rec room.
We did not use pool or rec room. We paid way too much for this room. The bed was comfortable. The fridge did not work so we kept food in a cooler on ice. The tv did not work. The tub filled up before you could finish taking a shower. The bed was comfortable though

Our room had a full kitchen, I loved it!
Our room had a full kitchen, I loved it! There was a creek in the back with ducks in it. The sheets were crisp and loved the decor. We got up early on a Sunday and went to church then came back got our belongings and continued with our journey.
Room was generally quiet despite the road traffic. Nice comfy armchairs and a table where we ate our very good complementary breakfast of fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese, juice, tea or coffee, pastry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Position is great as near the airport, can walk easily to centre of Redmond, A Safeway suermarket next door. Easy travel on highway either direction. Complemenary tea and coffee in room along with fridge and microwave.
Checked in late but the man at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Large room, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, microwave and mini fridge always a plus. On this trip, really appreciated the guest laundry room! Airport shuttle also came in handy since friends gave me a ride to hotel and I didn't want to burden them requesting a ride to the airport the next day.
