Great culture and lots of outdoor places to visit! I especially loved Plant Delights Nursery, Inc., Which is a great nursery and area to walk the gardens and learn more about the plants!

I was only in town for a couple days for a sporting event. But I did get to check out downtown and eat at several good restaurants. The best was 42nd Street Oyster House. I also stopped at Ancillary Fermentation Brewery, which was unique.

I was attending a conference and spent most of the time indoors at the convention center, therefore, cannot be helpful, however, the Christmas Parade happened while I was there and it was truly amazing!
This is a really nice hotel for the money. It is well kept and has a bunch of amenities to enjoy inside of the hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to bring my dog and saw a few others had dogs as well and never heard barking the whole trip. The beds were very comfy, especially the pillows. The thermostat worked very well also. it was very close to the mall and highway. I would most definitely book here again if I come to Raleigh.
Beds were extremely comfortable; staff was interactive and friendly. Hotel was conveniently located near PNC arena.
We paid for the breakfast but what was available was so much less than expected we wound up foregoing it and went to a local diner. It also ended at 9:00 AM, and having had a late night and, considering such a limited menu (no eggs, no sausage) we felt that this time should have been at least until 10:00.
The room was spacious and clean and had a little porch! Pool area was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Kim and Tyler at the front desk were all-stars. We stayed at this hotel on and off for over a month while waiting for our house to be ready. It was definitely home away from home. Fantastic location also. Easy access to downtown, NC State, the NC Museum of Art (which is awesome). Highly recommended.
The hotel is located in the Raleigh bar area and in particular has a club right next to it. If you are on the wrong side of the hotel you will hear loud music until 2am. The hotel staff did warn us right when we got there and made sure we were ok with it and even gave us earplugs. They did everything they could, just very poorly planned to build a hotel right next to the bar and club scene.
The location was ideal for our venue and convenience to restaurants. Pillows were too flat and bed sheets seemed to pull off the mattress. Extra seat in room was too hard and not comfortable at all. I thought I was booking a luxury hotel experience and it fell way short for the money I spent. I will book Marriott type for less money and more convenience in the future.
Large two bedroom apartment in the 3rd floor, large living room, two large bedrooms (15x13) with bathrooms and closets. A little older kitchen but nothing to discredit. Compared to a hotel with kitchen or kitchenette was half of the cost it is close (by car) to stores, restaurants and 540 to go around Raleigh.
This was our 2nd year staying at this location on Thanksgiving night and the day after. We enjoy the hotel so much. It is very clean and the staff are always so friendly. The location is great too. We usually get out and walk around downtown Raleigh. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a guest laundry which we made use of. We did not use the swimming pool but a lot of people did.
Breakfast was basic. The hotel was not far from a bus stop if you wanted to go down town.
Very clean hotel! Loved the staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very convenient place to stay if you want to be near the airport and near downtown Raleigh. Rooms were very clean as well.
The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. They provided us with the best assistance that they could. I liked the location of the hotel. I am happy that our room request was fulfilled.
Eclectic renovated hotel in Downtown Raleigh.
Excellent staff and cool vibe.
Great bar area with craft cocktails-outdoor area has heat lamps & Pendleton lap blankets for cool winter weather.
Very well located walking distance from most attractions in Raleigh centre as well as shopping and dining options.
Friendly staff
Simple but well appointed room
Lively bar and lounge
